Kidizen: Buy Sell Kids Clothes

Kinda works. I was able to buy a onesie for my baby but every time I tried to list something to sell it would kick me off that page to the home page. There's either a glitch or bug idk but I could not post a sell. Once I receive my item I'll delete the app.

Kidizen is my favorite app for buying and selling kid and mama items like clothes and shoes! It helps parents recoup the cost when their kids quickly outgrow clothes. I love the community and how quickly and easy it is to contact customer service when I have an issue

Ive been waiting a week to get my payment from selling ONE ITEM and to contact you all you only have one optio and that's through email and it's took two days for a few line response!!!!! Still havent resolved anything!!!!!!!!

This app is super expensive. For what you are paying for a used outfit, you can buy a new one for almost the same price.

Love this app! It makes it so easy to list and sell my kids used clothing and I'm able to use those funds to buy new clothes for them!

Editing: As a seller I wish they would offer an explanation when they remove a listing. It doesnt help me understand how to do it correctly if things just disappear with no notification. This like a very organized thrift store! Accept there are things for every budget. You can visit as often and as long as you like from home. Find great brands, resell your kids things to recoup the cost. It's a win win.

I love the app the only down fall that makes listing an item to sell take alot more time to do is that when you go to select your photos you can only select and load one at a time. So,you have to keep going back through all your photos each time its very time consuming and frustrating especially if the photos are further down in your photo gallery.

Love this app and have bought several pieces through it. That said, the search filter drives me bonkers. You are able to save filters which I like, however, it doesn't save gender or price range so every time you want to do a search you have to enter the filter section and change it. I have 3 kids and 3 saved filters so it is pretty annoying to have to do that each time.

The app is good in theory but there are far too many buttons to have to push to sell stuff. Also have to add one photo at a time which can be annoying when you have 4 photos for an item. After you're done with that item you have to click multiple times to get back into a sale page to sell another item. Also every time I add photos they're upside down so I have to go into my photo editor on my phone(no editor in the app itself) and rotate images upside down before posting.

The app itself is super easy. I like the way it functions. As a seller, this is not the place to be. 8 months with approx 20 listings at all times, tons of followers and zero sales. People are only into $1-5 items with free shipping. Plus if you don't list constantly they will just deactivate your shop. It mostly feels like a club you can't break into and they give zero info how to use the app to your advantage. They give priority to corporate sellers.

The app format is fairly easy to use. I've had numerous issues with inattentive sellers that is really disappointing. I've received someone else's packages and didn't get my item for a month, sellers just never respond to your purchase, sellers losing their inventory, selling items on other formats and not deleting their listing... And that's off the top of my head. Going back to other formats that hold seller's accountable.

I LOVE this app! I have gotten so many amazing items for my kiddos and have been able to easily make some money selling some of their old things! The interface is super easy after a little exploring and the customer service is superb! Every purchase I've made has shipped timely and shop owners are kind and reasonable. The only bad experience was with a seller who wouldnt ship my items, but customer service responded very quickly and issued me my refund after not getting a response from the seller, despite it being pretty late at night! Love this app so much! And no they didnt pay me to say this Haha I genuinely love it!

This is my favorite resale app, period. Very user friendly to start, never glitchy like other ones I use and just very simplistic and intuitive. I also love that you can put items in your cart and it creates individual totals for each shop you're getting items from. Then if you let items sit for a while, sellers will sometimes offer additional discounts off of your grand total. So many great features and a great community of sellers! Very addictive!

Last update has major bug! My photos are uploading with a green tint and bad quality since the 8/12/20 update and it's making my listings look awful. This was my favorite place to sell and now all of my pictures look horrendous and nothing has been done to fix this bug. I contacted customer support and they are calling it an "isolated issue " when it is NOT my phone because my phone lists the same pictures as they are supposed to look just fine over at Mercari. This is an issue with Kidizen.

Wasn't aware I had sold an item because I didnt receive notification. The buyer contacted me after two weeks. Its been a week and not able to print a label, contact support or the buyer to let her know. All my settings are correct everything is correct on my end. I've been trying to update app for the last two days. Frustrating!

I like the concept a whole lot, but there's some kinks Id love to see fixed. My main frustration is that some features I have to use my desktop for and others my phone. I'd love for the desktop version to have all the same functions as the app, that they're interchangeable as a seller. As far as the shipping labels id love if there could be a label printer option where my label would be formatted for easier printing on my machine. Lastly, a FAQ concerning the kidizen community would be nice.

LOVE this site to shop for kid's clothing! I have bought clothes from this site almost exclusively for a few years now. They also have halloween costume! I love that the items are resale which helps prevent new clothes from being made. All of the sellers I've worked with has been great. App works very well and have never had any issues.

Love the app overall- I've never had a negative buying experience and I've bought a LOT. But I'm SO sad the option to submit counter offer has disappeared! Now you can only accept or flat out decline sellers' offers. Unfortunately I probably won't buy nearly as much as I used to as a result.

The people on the app, both buyers and sellers are extremely friendly & very helpful but the setup and process of doing business on the app itself is extremely overly complicated and a bit confusing from beginning to end (every single thing is this way). And it seems more like a social media platform than a buyer/seller type of platform. So I guess each person will have their own takeaway from it so try if you're curious but that's just my opinion on it & I'm sure I'm not alone in that thinking.

Horrible place to sell! No support whatsoever. I have been emailing support for days and they can care less about my issue. I shipped my item days ago and USPS said the item has not scan and might not scan at all until arrival! Now I got an email saying the buyer can request a refund in 2 days! So I loose my money and item and the seller keeps the item plus gets a refund!

It'd be great if the desktop version was more developed on the selling side, it'd be so much easier to be able to print labels from the website, instead of having to email it, find it, screenshot it and print it from there.

i LOVE this app!! The prices are way better for selling than the other clothes apps. I only wish to sell they had a bulk photo upkoad option on mobile. That would make my life easier and I'd probably want to list more things that way. But its awesome and the clothes for sale range fro. Walmart to mega fancy that i dont buy. :)

When adding photos from my gallery to a listing, they come in rotated 270 degrees. I tried pre adjusting the rotation thinking they would come in Properly but that does not actually change the rotation that they are shown. The app has no edit photo features like Ebay has. Do I need to take a whole new set of pics?

This app doesn't have a web based payout. If your phone memory is full you cannot get paid. They suggested using a friends phone or family but I don't have access to those options being high risk and during a pandemic. Companies that do business through apps should consider all options to be web based or they loose business from those that cannot add more apps to their phone. I am able to get web based payouts on my other selling apps that I use.

This app crashes/stalls ALL THE TIME. No other app on my phone creates these kinds of issues. Annoyingly, you have to interact with the app all the time to boost your sales, which makes the Kidizen app user experience doubly frustrating.

Recently just stopped working for me. Every time I check my alerts I just get blanks screens and "looks like we're having trouble". I've applied updates, uninstalled, reinstalled... This can't just be me? No issues with other apps.

The best site to buy & sell your Kids and Mama Clothing. It's easier for me to shop here and buy the one item I actually need, rather than to drive to a local consignment store and over buy many items that I just "had to have" and over spend. The shipping is the most flexible I've ever seen acrost the 5 platforms I sell on.
