Paid for 1 year for 65 and can't even use the app. I want my money back. I haven't been able to use it in months. There's no update so it should work. I waited a few months to see if it would work again but still nothing. When you click on the app it won't go past the first loading page. This is not right!
This is day two of the app freezing horribly. And we are now stuck on a lesson and can not move past because the rest are locked. I can provide pictures of exactly where we are stuck. Needing help!
I was charged $79.99 right away even though I signed up for 30 day free trail. update: I emailed for a refund and got a condescending response. so basically when you download the app it gives you two options to sign up. Under each option it says 30 day free trial. Once you click on the 30 day free trial it brings you to add payment method for after the free trial is over. However, they charge you right away - full price for whatever option you chose. They were unapologetic.
It's okay for the first few weeks. The games don't get updated so once your child has mastered them that's the end of the road for them and the next level being way too advanced. Wasn't very user friendly on my laptop and made it an absolute chore to print out worksheets. Sadly there are competitors out there who offer the same quality for free. I won't be renewing my membership. Nonetheless all the best
The worksheets and games are great but the quality of the app isn't very good. After every finished section it goes to the loading screen and freezes. No work he's done is saved or marked as complete and we are constantly having to exit/restart the app. We signed ip for the 3 month membership and its such a hassle and quite frustrating!!
Frozen on enter your email to sign up screen. Couldn't get to any other screen, including any sign in option. Tried my email on the sign up screen just to see if it would make it go away, but because I had already signed up it told me I couldn't sign up again and yet I could not back out of the "sign up" popup to be able to "sign in". Nor would it let me get anywhere else in the app to use anything at all. Uninstalled.
This is a terrible App. Although my kids like it when it works once in a while, they get bored quickly because it is very slow, I upgraded to the newest tablet and Phones and still doesn't work right. I have paid a whole year plus so far when it used to be 39 every other month and my kids only used it 5 times top because of all the trouble it has. I contacted support and never got an strait answer from them. I'm going to report them to better business beaurou.
after downloading it ask for my credit card info. NOTHING was playable, every single activity was lock. NOT free at all, must pay a $20 month SUBSCRIPTION in order to play anything. what a tease, what a waste of time and space. if you are going to offer a free trail lets us use it and if still interested in the app after that ask for credit card info. i don't trust those who ask for credit info off the bat (they will end up changing us because the cancellation is impossible). WILL UNINSTALL NOW
l Would give 0 if i could. Never works, Wont open or load, glitches and freezes no matter what we do. NO place to cancel your subscription, makes it impossible to navigate your account yourself. When I wrote company with two scentences asking for them to stop billing me since no way to cancel, they were disgusting to me, sent me 3 paragraphs about how they are perfect and I am wrong, it was very straight forward and offensive. NEVER download this app or do a trial. Bad app bad service.
It could be a great learning tool but unfortunately it glitches a lot and stops working after doing just one lesson. I will have to find something else that's works properly
Is there a way to get partial refund? The app is super slow and its glitches too much, my son practically has never been able to use it and he shows no interest, but we already paid for the full year.
I have subscribed your app, considering three day free trial. Today is first day of free trial period. My child is not showing any interest in app. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.
The app is filled with worksheets. The app scans the worksheets for correct answers. The app scanned and kept saying my sons answers were wrong when in fact they were correct. I doubled checked with a calculator. Now my son is discouraged and won't even try the app. I really liked the idea of worksheets because that is what he will use at school. Ughhh

Absolutely Impossible to Cancel Sevice. They do not have a customer service line, you can only Email. Says 39.00 every 3 months and I have relized that I have been charged EVER Month 39.99 for almost a year!! Thats approx 250.00 more than I should have paid. Finally figured out you have to cancel throught the google play store from where you purchase. Very unhappy Customer and Hoping they will do the right thing and refund me the money I have been paying to them and should not have been.
Watch out when your kids do the worksheets. The ones my 2nd grader completed was marking answers as incorrect when she had the correct answer marked. Why are you using handwritten checkmarks to identify correct answers? It's makes it over complicated and does not work Just use a simple radio selector buttons. It was a great app otherwise. But we will be canceling our membership due to this issue.
The tablet my kids were using this on no longer works. I have been charged 19.99 twice and I can't even use the app. I have tired to figure out how to cancel to no avail. Now I'm just throwing money away and that is not OK. You gave my a false email address for a refund. What now.
I just realized that they were charging me every month for something my kid didn't use. I signed up for the 30 days free trail to try out and after a week or so I canceled, but somehow it was still active. they charged me every month from December till February. I canceled again, and now opened a claim thru Google play. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Canceled and kept charging me for a service we didn't use.
Horrible the screen went black with the muSic on the back . I tried to unsubscribe the app and it's impossible...
This is my rating until a solution is found. I paid for a year and it keeps freezing. I have given it time but still cant use it without it crashing. Im regretful that I didnt stick with abc mouse because this is not as friendly to navigate through and again it just doesn't work.
The app looks excellent. I do not appreciate being misled. There is a 30 day trial version but nothing is "free" otherwise. I understand having additional activities unlocked if you pay a bit but if you're going to say you are a free app but eventually nothing is free that is a flat out lie.
I really want to love this app as it makes homeschooling SO much easier. The app doesn't work well on their computer. It crashes constantly or doesn't even pull up. It has the blue Kids Academy screen constantly. I only have one phone that the app works well on. The tablets we have are Amazon Fire for kids and the app cannot run on those. Also, when we do some worksheets, it will mark only 1 star when the answers are all correct. This affects the score that they receive and is discouraging to them. I am so sad and may have to cancel after our 30 day trial for school unless we can fix this.
update: my problem w/this app is that it's difficult& stressful to cancel ur subscription.i emailed them w/ my concern. while waiting I contacted Google play support& they assured me I was not subscribed& I should not be charged. for those of you have difficulties canceling, I suggest you try contacting Google play support. the customer service from this app DID get back to me& confirmed my cancellation, so thank you for that! overall this game doesnt look that bad.canceling should be made easier
the app seems ok if you only want to use it on one device. unfortunately there is no way for me to use it on my daughters desk top, which logically is where it would do the most good. it went ahead and billed me $64 tho. i want a refund or the ability to log in to this app from other devices with the proper password. it says i can share the app through Google family, but that is ABSOLUTELY not working at all. it is not a useful program if it can only be accessed thru my cell phone. I would give it ZERO stars if I could, because it is not usable. i really did like the social studies program for 1st graders. it doesnt seem like enough material for an entire school year, but would be ok for supplementation, and at least 50 or so days of lessons.
This app has been without a review for 3 years after its launch with good reason. As the first reviewer, I can say this app doesn't work. I paid for the service yet I was not able to use the app. In addition to not getting the content to teach my child, the app is also very buggy and practically unusable. I unsubscribed and requested a refund minutes after my purchase. This should be removed from the play store.
App has great educational games and learning strategies BUT it freezes up when my son trys to play them. I should have read the reviews. Also they randomly took 64.99 out of my account. Which were hoping to get back since none of their memberships cost that much. I got this app because it looked great during this time of Quarantine! Everything was discounted so I was excited to have it for a month or so.
Trying to cancel 30 day trial and have received no response from 3 emails sent requesting cancellation. No phone number provided. Communication zero! I would not suggest subscribing even if it is an awesome program unless you can be sure you will be able to interact with the program developers /customer service.
I tried to cancel the free trial before it ended only to find out that there was not a way to cancel in the app so I emailed customer service prior to the trial ending only to not hear from anyone. I was charged full price today. I want a refund and please cancel my subscription. Please be wary if you download this app.
Don't like how you have to commit to signing up before playing. It does not give you the option to opt out and it signs up up right away. Had to cancel before starting so I'm not billed while looking. Very tricky.
We bought a month's subscription to see if our child likes the app and it's contents. He absolutely loves it , but we do keep experiencing that the app freezes and he can therefore not progress to the next worksheet, which is frustrating him. We really would want to continue using it for homeschooling if the issue can be fixed. Hopefully it can be sorted, we look from feedback from the developer.
