Kids Foot Locker - The latest sneakers for kids

The app keeps logging me out then when I try to log back on it won't let me. I want to stay signed in at all times. All the footlocker brand apps are giving me Problems.

Horrible!!! This needs to be fixed asap, i can never log in and i spend alot of money with footlocker to not be able to buy shoes and get on the reserve!!!!

App is trash!!!! Business is very fortunate that the products sell themselves. App is not helping them at all!!!

Hi, The app for Kids footlocker, Champs, Foot action are not allowing us to submit entries. It is not even listing stores. It's like that for all of my family members who have an android device. It has worked for those that have an iPhone. I have sent an email and it just say address not found. How is that possible. I went online and sent email to customer support and they said they will look into it. This is beyond frustrating.

They never allow anyone to win a raffle. The app is always glitching and kick you off it. Why have the app if you can never win the raffles or allowed to enter them that's what the app is for that's why I downloaded the app to at the very least ve able to enter them. I'm uninstalling. I won't shop here again! People spend lots of money on shoes to be sucked in these apps like this. It's a waste of your time don't do it.

I keep getting this message every tab I open in the app :Wrong client for this refresh token followed by a bunch of numbers and letters! PLEASE FIX

The Foot locker network and all its affiliate apps (kids foot locker & champs) stopped working i haven't been able to login to the app, see any new release or make any reservations since Feb 15, 2022. Ive try everything to fix it including restarting my phone, closing the apps and restarting them, uninstalling them then installing them again and nothing works

App has so many issues, just like Foot Locker and Champs. Complete waste of time and money.

My notifications are turned on, but yet I never receive any. Several of my in store reservations expired because I never got notifications that they existed. It's hard enough trying to get the release pages to load, then I waste extra points for extra headstarts, just to turn around and not be able to make a purchase because it expired. This definitely needs to be corrected.

Everysince it changed to the FLX I have not won a shoe in 2 or 3 years. This is crazy. Like whats the point.

This bumass app never works or it's always signing you out and refunding points. Yall really need to do freaking better with this damn app. What's the point of this app if it never freaking work, being bot or you can never win a reservation. Throw your hold damn franchise away.

Omg! This app sucks. Honestly I can see what I want then I try to put in tickets for pick up it sends me to NEWARK....IM IN DC!! smh I'll even try for va but im not going to New Jersey for some sneaks

Both the app and website don't work properly just complete trash.

Every time after an update the app gives an error when trying to login even though the password and email is absolutely correct

App lacks easy access to heart ❤ shoes and add to my list. App lacks my list altogether and only offers cart unlike website. I only downloaded the app because the website lagged so I thought the app would be more up to date and be more an ease of use but it's not. App is outdated which is an inconvenience especially during holidays and birthdays so kids can easily add shoes they like to their list for me, family and friends to choose from. App is useless for me as it lacks the list feature.

I been trying to add shoes to my cart and it says product cannot be added. Then I picked a random shoe it goes in cart but as I'm continuing shopping its giving me a time limit to buy product. This is so frustrating especially when its not many styles to chose from in store. And I can't even shop online on the app.

Got my notification for head start reservation, once i clicked sent me to app couldnt do anything kept giving me error an hour later still an error. This isnt the first time this has happened with the resrvations. So frustrating. This app sucks!

This app is absolutely trash it keeps kicking me out having me use all my points for head starts trying to win the raffle which you never will the kick me out I'm tired of this app

Whenever I try to make a reservation for a shoe it always says error and I never get picked anymore when I do get a chance to submit an entry for a shoe even though I have alot of points. This issue needs to be fixed asap

The only reason I sign up for the App is because they offer $20 off your order. Signing up suck it took a minute. It was not registering my password that I use on just the regular internet. Second the $20 promo code is no where to be found. I said let me act like I'm ready to check out. Put in all my info and still nothing pop up. I will be deleting this App.

Something is wrong with this app, it keeps saying check my network settings and nothing is wrong with the settings and other apps is fine.. I thought maybe the app needed updating but it's current..

This app so trash. Blocked me when I tried to log in to reserve a shoe for my baby. Called me a robot.
