I so much this game is so good for kids even I'm a kid

Quite upset. One of my girdle had this app on her ipad. I had purchased the monthly subscription I believe. Then, she was too old for it, but my youngest loves it. So, I canceled the subscription on the olders, and got the app on my younger samsumg. Th3m I purchased the fully unlocked sub. My daughter accidentally deleted the app, I reinstalled. Now we can't play it at all. I'm very upset about this. I have tried contacting support, first time, no response. Second time, finally a respinse asking for more info, as soon as I try to reply, it tells me mail delivery notification. What the heck?I want a refund.

Wasted time downloading app only to find out my kid can't even try it without my signing up my credit card. Very deceiving!

Trial worked fine, as soon as they billed me for a subscription it no longer works.. waiting for reply from developer

What deception,! You wasted over 173 MB of my data downloading the whole application series, just to tell me afterwards to subscibe before any of d apps could be played? Why not just be honest in the first instance? U owe me an apology!

We downloaded this app for the iPhone. Our daughter loved it. Unfortunately we are not able to sync this app across devices. Our PC shows different users than our iPhone and our Android device shows no users at all and locks up. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work and customer support has been less than helpful. We will be canceling our account with them if this isn't resolved I'm the next day or so. It's too bad because she loved this app.

This app is not compatible with Android devices but they are still listed in Google play store and do not say anywhere in developers app info that they aren't compatible. Contacted customer service when app wouldn't work and THAT was when I discovered this little tidbit! Now Google play store tells me I any NOT eligible for a refund even tho the developer says they will approve it! I am so angry ! It's not the $ So much as its the principle of the thing!

Now they're a different name. Awful at replying to emails when you send them a message from within the apo of the problems. It either never gets a reply or a really long wait for one,. Doesn't work on Samsung tablets

This was a favorite of mine until an update. Now several of the games don't work like the color or shapes games. I was preparing to start paying because this was just that great. Now there are so many ads and the screen goes blank. My daughter just thinks her favorite game is broken. Just so disappointed.

It took forever to download several games, 2 books never did download. Also I've noticed a lot of games won't load and I have to restart the app. I think it would've had a bunch of really good stuff, that's why I'm so disappointed with it…

Paid for subscription but account is still in trial mode. Contacted customer service and still waiting for a reply back. Will be canceling my subscription and uninstalling app.

I did the subscription for 6 months. After I paid for it my daughter wasn't able to play. I've been emailing them for a refund and they don't answer back. Now I have to take other actions. Don't bother it's a waste of time and money. Go for another app.

I just installed it and it does not work. It opens and shows no child. Upon entering grown up section it freezes immediately.

Still cannot use after subscribing. Keeps telling me that I need to subscribe before I can open any items. But I already did.

Can't look up process because it will shut down. My kids enjoy the app ages 2 and 4

Until there is a feature where I can control what apps my kids can use within agnitus or simply block\remove the ones that are just distracting. I can't see this as a 5 star product.

Constantly force closes when trying to log into the app every time extremely disappointed. Liked the game on my Apple computer. Please fix

We payed the 80 something dollars for the lifetime membership, only to have it magical gone after a year! My daughter loved the games and music. I'm not important that I will have to pay again for her to use it!

It is a great app and has amazing potential. I subscribed twice only to find the app did not update or recognise the subscription. Just disappointed with customer service . Tried the login and says server not found. Get your act together.

This app is one of my daughter's favorites. It has a wide range of activities that progress with her abilities so she never gets bored.

Asks you to subscribe for EVERYTHING. Fix and 5 stars. Not like I used to play on IPhone G2. Now have to install the smaller apps to get the game that used to be number 1.

My son absolutely loved this app on my old Galaxy S4 & S5. Now that I've upgraded to the new Google Pixel phone the app no longer loads. Probably because of nugget 7.1.

How in the hell u say it's free when you have to buy a membership

I have been using this app on iPhone for years, but just installed on my kid's Android tablet and cannot download most of the games or access the parent dashboard. Very disappointed, we have year long subscription. The screen turns white and the game reboots, but does not "remember" that it was almost done downloading.

Doesn't work on Samsung tablet when I try to login it says can't connect to server

However we can't open and read the books, nor can we open the movies to watch them.

You have to subscribe to read a book , like seriously come on

I redownloaded this app because my son accidently deleted it. I even payed for it because we loved the app. I logged back in and now it doesnt work at all!!! Please fix it!!
