Does exactly what you need but there's no auto landscape lock mode for the videos and you can't ad the videos directly to the kids place app home screen you have to add this app into the main app. The lack of auto landscape is really annoying if your like me and don't have your phone's setting set to auto all the time.
This app does not work at all on Samsung Galaxy Tab A on the latest Android updateand version. Very disappointing since I already use your Kid's Place app and enjoy that one very much. Does not allow to search YouTube videos at all. It does nothing after I enter text in search field and press enter or the magnifying glass. I really wanted this app to work because the kids YouTube app is horrible and I really need an alternative.
Love the app and concept. What to play next feature not working well. Keeps repeating same even if random or next selected. Seems to get stuck at specific songs. Edit: 5 stars for proactive developer response to look into
I love that this app allows me to protect my kids from an unfiltered youtube experience. It's the only one I can find that lets my kids watch youtube videos from specific youtubers. However, there doesn't seem to be a search feature, which really becomes important when you have many videos to sort through. Please add a search feature!
I am so happy and so grateful for this app. Now my kids can watch the content I choose and not mindless recommends from the so called kids safe apps out there. Kids Safe Video deserves 5 stars but I wish It had the capability of allowing to remove videos from the chosen list. Also the categorize feature does not work.
It won't let me add videos. I'm trying to add videos that are saved on the phone and I keep getting the notification that I haven't added any videos.
Can't manage the videos, random videos were added from youtube. I use yt kids to manage the video content for my kids but it is not an option and I had to manually select the videos to discover that once I click done random stuff is added.
i have added a bunch of videos for my little one and the will only play for the first 2 seconds, i thought it might be because its not a paid version so i paid for it and it still does the same, only plays a second or 2 and then stops. Is there a solution to this or is it just a very bad app?
I can't play my SD card videos.... says unreadable format? Categorization does not save in right folders. They seem to move after I save it. YouTube search on parents end doesn't seem to work well. We love KidsPlace so I hope they fix the bugs on this ASAP!
Not happy as I cannot delete videos in the app which were added from my youtube playlist even though I have deleted it in my YouTube playlist and sync videos in automation setting!
App ok but permissions unacceptable - Why would a childs app require permission to access your e mails and also the e mails in your linked google account ??? I can only assume they are selling e mail addresses which is an invasion of my privacy.
If i could rate a zero I would. It was a horrible experince. My child was able to unlock apps that I denied. Do not download.
Fairly good,if only you could pay attention to some videos playing kids songs but content not appropriate for toddlers

Literally could not even use it. Every time I would try to play a video it would play for like 5sec then freeze. Even on Wi-Fi. Same video directly from YouTube played immediately and fully, no issues. I had high hopes this app would work so my 1 yr old could have access to his favorite songs without unlimited YouTube access.
