The doctors are great! The only issue I have is with the app itself. It glitches upon loading and almost made me miss my appointment but thankfully they have a great support team and the doctor was understanding and we were finally seen. Please fix the loading issue!

The app is very convenient. Great way to see a doctor for something minor or when the Dr's office is closed. The only issue is I waited 2 hours and I was next to be seen when the app gliched and logged me out, causing me to lose my spot and ended up 4th in the waiting room. Thankfully, I wasn't logged out again and was able to see a Dr.

This was my first time using the app and it was so easy and convenient! After I signed up. I saw the doctor through video for my daughter she did a diagnosis and prescribed the meds. Quick and easy saved me a trip to the doctors office!

Dr office was unable to see my 4 year old at 3 different locations made me schedule using this app to be disconnected as soon as Dr logged on then stated Dr saw my daughter when she didn't logged back in and waited for next Dr over 2 hours and oops logged off again stating she was seen when she wasn't. No option for help within app only option to wait another however many hours again. Great patient care ... needless to say this is a waste of time and needs to be fixed.

It's been extremely helpful when they can use a video or picture instead of having to sit at the doctor's office. Every physician has been extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this app!

Wonderful doctors who genuinely care and are very knowledgeable. They also take most insurance s and they can give referrals. Great app. I do use it often.

Great service, wait time is a bit long at times, but well worth the wait. Especially when it saves a trip to the dr or ER

So amazing especially for a busy parents, so love this app best thing that could've happened for busy parents on the go.. I still recommend to all parents..

Not useful at all I had an appointment at 6:40 after waiting almost 45 they declined my video visit,then called and rescheduled to 8:30 same just this time they switch me to 2 different practicioner.at the end no doctor, lost of time 3 hours of my life lost for nothing..but my child still needs medical care..so disappointed

To the person that came up with this app, thank you! This app makes everything so convenient especially if your child has just a minor cold, non-emergency type of situation, etc that does not require him/her to actually come into the doctor's office to be seen in person. The best part about this app is that it is apple/android compatible and so simple to use. Very user-friendly. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Berkovich during this consultation and she was so professional AND personable. 🤗👍

Great visit. The sound goes really low if a call tries to come through. That's not good. You can barely hear the doctor and you're asking them to repeat things. That definitely needs to be looked at. It doesn't readjust at any point during the call.

The app was wonderful. The doctor was very punctual, even being early by a couple of minutes. They even give you a call 10 minutea before your appointment to remind you to complete the uploads and be in the waiting room. The Camera was clear and the audio was also clear. though the Doctor said the audio on my side wasnt picking up, i had to use headphones to assist. Overall wonderful App.

Awesome app! Works wonderfully. At times there might be a long wait time, but the experience is worth the wait.

Needs a lot of improvements. I'll rate it again later on but right now needs work. It has a mayor issue with the login screen where the mask it use to hide the remembered email results in a wrong email or password message if you don't delete and write everything. It becomes a hassle specially when you're in a hurry because the appointment is about to begin and you have to upload pictures and everything. Please check the login experience there is better technologies available right now.

Being able to add pictures and add another guest to the visit was awesome, especially when my baby's skin rash changes colors depending on temperature and aggravation so the pictures were helpful. It was fast and easy and convenient.

We just switched providers due to an issue I had with my children's previous Pediatrician. We were given a teledoc appt which was fantastic and quick for new patients. I was truly happy with the Dr. Carolina Bautista-Vallderubut. She was great. I'm so excited to switch to a practice with so many amenities and ways to treat the kids. The teledoc option is fantastic so I don't have to take them in when they are sick and possibly infect others. Thank you Pediatric Associates. You're doing great!

I absolutely LOVE this app! I'm so glad my children's pediatrician office offers telemedicine. It's so convenient to have a appointment with a provider from the comfort of my home. Being a working mom makes it difficult sometimes to get to the office on time with a sick child. So this a definitely a God sent. Also all of the telemedicine providers that I have seen are nice, patient (answering all of my questions), and thorough with diagnosis and treatmemt plans, and any needed prescriptions are electronically sent to your pharmacy.

Would've given a higher rating if not for waiting on a doc 10 mins then canceling and choosing another one who marked herself as unavailable while i was entering my info and then finally getting a 3rd one. It was smooth sailing from there.

The only thing I did not like about the app is that if you happen to press any buttons or get out of the app you would have to start all over again I mean write your information down find another doctor wait in line I mean that part is ridiculous because any other app if you get out of it you can go right back to where you started not this one and that aggravated me very badly I waited 2 hours and how to get back in line twice because of my phone being touched and me being switched out of theapp

I have not been able to properly utilize any of the "perks" for this I made an account took me missing an appointment for someone to hear me saying the app won't let me log in for me to get that situated was able to log in properly for a total of 30 min before being given this flashing loading screen for over 10 min and that is what I get when logging in now. 😑 my head hurts.

Loved the experience! Camera quality was excellent and my visit went smoothly. The app was easy to install and I did nothing more than click on the link the office sent me.

Great app and option to have for convenience in your home setting .

Don't waste your time....sat in the virtual waiting room for over an hour....it said you are next to see the Dr for 45 mins, finally called support, they said I wasn't in the waiting room anymore....app completely skipped over me. Had to log out then back in and rejoin the waiting room. Went from next in line to 3 people ahead of me....45 minutes later finally got to see the dr....did all of this just to get a referral filled out to see an orthopedist for an already xrayed broken wrist!!!

Love this app! It is so easy, fast and convenient! Doctor's and nurses are incredibly friendly and nice and make the visit extra convenient and helpful. Being a mom of 3 the last thing i want to do is go to the doctor's office with all of them. The visit is the same and faster! Great app! Thank you!

Always a wonderful experience, and they are extremely helpful. It really helps bring able to speak to a physician withput having to go to the office. Thank you for creating this app.

Visually I can see the doctor very clear and audio was great as well. Overall great experience. Just wasn't sure about switching of the doctors last minute.

4/26/2022: I'm grateful for this app. I wasn't able to get an appt with his usual pediatrician since they're booked.

Very Convenient! So great to have drs available at all times.
