I would say this application is probably more useful to a more experienced player or a frequent player since it does help analyze the next possible move in a given position and it also helps with calculating territories. I just wish the app has more features. Overall, it is a good app.
Recurring subscription fees to bleed users dry month after month, with no possibility to purchase the software once and for all? A software that has not been updated since 2017? You people need to seek qualified psychological assistance while this rip-off is being uninstalled.
Great idea, but subscription based to take pictures? No thanks.

Most people on here want to complain. This app does more than scoring. It does positional analysis/ win percentages. Built around crazystone. Just a bunch of poor people who can't afford 2 dollars a month complaining. If you play go avidly you would have no qualms with this price.
No matter how I adjusted the grid, the app placed the stones with a diagonal offset, rendering the analysis useless. I will give it one more try tonight.
As far as I can tell, it works flawlessly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Clear 5-star-rating, if it weren't for the ridiculous price model. I'd gladly pay for this app, but a subscription with no serverside calculations or upkeep costs just seems like a ripoff. Maybe its worth it for someone who plays Go on a more regular basis.
Calls it a free trial but won't even let me try it out before contracting with them and giving my info. Auto charging subscription service. How about you just make a demo file? Search Go Scoring Camera. You pay $5 up front.
The concept for this app is amazing however I can't get past the fact that you have a subscription for it! You don't mention anywhere that any processing is done on a server, if I am to assume that the processing occurs only on my phone then why am I required to have a subscription?
I just tried to score my last game and it got it right, but there is strange problem - when I import picture from my gallery, it rotates picture 90 degrees counter clockwise. And sad thing is that I can't turn it to normal in app also. It doesn't change the score, but I would like to see table in correct position. Simple photo editing ability should be in this app (changing contrast, saturation, rotating and cropping). Especially when app is commercial.
