This app would be great except for one thing, if they deliver an incomplete item, they won't take it back. They make you apply for a refund and return on the app but then they send an email that unfortunately they won't be receiving the item back. All this after they delivered an item that you can use because it's incomplete. The customer service is by far the worst I've seen in the logistics business

I like this app, i have been using it for over a year now. Aside the orders delaying in delivery when your order is in everything else is great for me, nice products, low prices, and if you want your money back after a cancelled order they send it to in within 24hrs, you never loose your products cos it gets delivered safely. I love this app there are a lot of products you can buy and you can chat the seller on whatsapp to talk about the product before buying. You get free coupons too. Great app

I'll start by rating this app 5 stars for the fact that it's very organized and friendly. But I'm somehow tempted to take away a star or 2 for the fact that prices are just too high compared to what we get on ground and the fact that we don't get the opportunity to find all whet we want. And as a suggestion, please power bank should be added to items under electronics. Also, kikuu should make it a rule for every item posted to have a detailed description such that buyers don't get frustrated

The app is a good one but it lacks so many things that other apps sell. And one has to be careful when buying there. Always check feed back and stars. Its free delivery so greaat and it receives mobile money which i just love. But kikuu please add especially more beauty and nail products like coloured acrylic powders

I love this app. My only problem is that most of the products are of very low quality but very expensive, the quality that is shown to you is not as compared to what they deliver. The only reason i keep on buying from there is because they're reliable, they always deliver but delivery sometimes can be really frustrating.

I wouldn't even give you a star guys because I ordered for my smart watch and even paid the money buh it's now a month and I've never received any response from the company. I really don't know what's going on!!!!!!! I wish you could communicate with me so I can know either it's in transit or I'll never get my smart watch so that I do other things!!!!

Am having a Great experience with kikku. Except the delivery time which is too long. Please do something about the duration of delivery 🚚. I bought an item but when it came the box was empty but the seller did well and sent my MO ey to the K-pay within some few hours. Thanks kikuu but please check if the item is in the parcel before sending. Thank you so much I all.

Great app, great products, ok service. Just keep in mind everything is from china, and shipping is bad with some sellers, but otherwise its my go-to app for online shopping.

Kikuu is one of the best apps but I have issues with the delivery in Ghana, the delivery in Ghana always goes far beyond the given date. I ordered items for a program because of delay I couldn't use the items

Kikuu on line .. For ordering and receive good's..is ok.. But the problem is delay time.. It's take long...for receiving goods. Just make a changes ...for.. delivery goods. Thanks..

i paid for my product on kikuu app using mtn mobile money. the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my account since on the 16 of march that i paid for my product up till today my items are still showing unpaid. since then i have been emailing kikuu Cameroon day and night but they never replied. i had to try paying again for the second time using keypay the second payment was successful is only a company that is not serious that can do this to a their big customer like me

It doesn't have a lot of clothes and shoes that fit girls style that I want and many of the product are cheap quality but am thankful you improved your customer service window like it unlike the past one

A very bad app which gathering the rude & lies sellers who don't respect customers and speaks very rudely with regret, in addition to the fact that they're late in everything and the don't fill full their timeliness that used to be mentioned earlier in the ordering of the product process. Please be careful before using such app and making ording and payment. For my I will wait my stuff before deleting this app 😒

Kikuu online shopping mall is the best cus I have been shopping from them for almost 3yrs now and no failures with affordable prices compared to other online shopping, only the delivery took longer

It's 50/50 Totally disappointed unfortunately I can't delete my account because of the unfulfill pending order. I suggest you work on your Application and train your employees how things work especially the system so they don't have to say things contradict with the system. In Dar es salaam,Tanzania

At times, the order takes a longer time before it arrives so I wish you do adjustment of the delivery time so it can arrive at a good time. Secondly, be faithful to the buyers. Because you may not receive the actual item you ordered, they bring different size, color and or type. But thank you for your free delivery. Keep it up.

It has a K Pay system which is almost a scam! Depositing takes a fraction of a minute.. But withdrawing take more than 30 working days!! Bad enough the wallet is by default selected as a method of refund so as to keep your maney until you get tired of asking for it or else you should spend the amount on unplanned purchase as the way to use it.. (Its now more than 90 days after the request and my 132000Tsh has not been refunded) added for follow-up

It's not opening Whatsapp seller and I cannot order even the developers cannot add all district even Eastleigh. And you sending push notifications to order your app. When I test says we stop to shipping Kenya

This is the best online shopping that is very easy to us and does not complicates. Recommended especially in Africa-Cameroon. but my only problem is the delivery time. some times it will take up to a month before receiving ordered good.

Its a good app but annoying sometimes interms of deliveries. Some products takes a whole week before the seller ships the item from their store.

Not so cool. I made double payment this morning and i tried calling ur contact service number it says wrong number tried sending an Email and I guess that's wrong too cus it's not going through.. Don't u have a way of refunding those who mistakenly pay for the same stuff twice?

Kikuu am angry at the moment, I have purchased a product for a long time but still have not received it. Why all my items have not been received and you tell me delivered, that's bad of you and will not like to continue shopping with you poeple again and will try to warn others from my experience I had with you. Either you bring my item or you refund my money. 😠 No contact to call no place to pick it up. I don't think this is right.

I Love the application, keep it up 💪 Time delivery has to be worked on so as order to be arrived as needed by the customer (Time accuracy)

It a good platform who is helping us in buying things chipper but one thing just the delevery process who really take time but i think they should just give the customer the exact date of delevery and let him wait but i am enioying buying things there.

This app is good but my problem is the delivery, they tell u the date and later when u wait for the date to come, it tells u a different thing all together. And also the way u arrange the items is really bad. Because if the item was in the box, why would u remove it and put in a rubber for the person who purchased it. It doesn't show respect pls. If it was in the box, let it be in the box and give it to the one who purchased it and stop putting it in the rubber, it won't help at all.

I like getting stuff from Kikuu but the problem is the delivery time. Some products are delivered on time, others take forever. I have come to learn that the problem is with the Guangzhou warehouse and not the vendors. Can that problem be looked into. Also I can't edit my account details as well as verify my phone number. I have contacted customer care but there's no response.

After installing on my new phone my account balance in the so called Kpay is 0.00. Mean while I had about 28- 30 Ghana cedis in it. I have contacted their service centre via chat and didn't even acknowledge the receipt of those messages. I have gotten an item delivered to me before( I wasn't pleased though ). I don't trust them. I'm their victim and they know that. DON'T DEPOSIT MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE PAYING IN KPAY. Circumstances like mine can make you lose money.

Worst online app on earth. U don't even deserve a single tick. Worst customer care services ever. Delay deliveries after pleading for ur package for months. This time I actually gave up on my package. I now take it that my money was stolen. Can't recommend anyone to this app
