App is not able to proceed after entering mobile number. It is not generating OTP and just keeps showing loading animation on screen.

I placed order on this app for laundry services. After 24 hours, I received call. But the person never turned up to collect the cloths. I was not even informed about any problem in giving service in my area. The Customer is not treated properly. I am very much disappointed by the app.

they are really good.you get genuine service.they come and take clothes and return them as well.anybody who wants to get their laundary done without too much headache,this is the place.especially in pune.

poor service by kikwash..they decide their own rules frequently..i have booked an appointment and the next day they came back that there is a minimum order qty phenomenon for areawise which is not mentioned inside the app. Maximum times their staff found on leave or shortage of the staff ..these are all excuces ...really poor service..Not to refer this app to anyone...poor reply after so many days...don't assume the qty of Laundry at your own...i guess ur laundry boys telling lie to you...

good mobile laundry in town

ordered on 30 dec got order on 6 jan (very quick) 1. multiple call no one pickup nor whatsapp reply. 2. they sent me unofficial guy (as told by owner) to collect clothes. 3. first user offer (50off) was not applicable as they sent me unofficial guy who told me it will be oky if i give 4.6 kg ill manage with owner as cloth were below 5 kg. 4. then finally owner told me its my mistake you should understand ,it was not official guy, and directly told me next time its your choice to give it or not.

Best laundry in Pune. Their timing and service is really good and my relationship Praveen and delivery boy Kunal were customer friendly. Am using their services more than one year till now there is no disput. Really happy with their service.

Scheduled a pickup at 5pm recieved the call for the same and they said pickup will be at 9pm. Then got a call again saying pickup will at 10pm kindly arrange n keep the clothes ready. Thn got a call again sayin no pick up today. Rescheduling it for tomorrow. When i requested for tomorrow at first i was told no slots available for tomorrow and kept me waiting today. This is suppose to be my first service from kikwash did not expect such mismanagement. It was an big order of 60 add clothes.

Their good feature of monthly pricing plans is also limitation since if you didn't use up the full amount by month end that money is wasted."

The manner in which these people followed up on the order and sorted it out after the initial hiccups was truly remarkable and have earned a permanent customer in me. However, a small suggestion would be to reduce the time gap in picking up on the orders which at times stretches over to weekdays when you try to place an order just before the weekend begins.

I never had such wonderful experience of service which you provide to your customers. I have used other laundry services but always had complained about the service they provided. Snice last 6 months, I have been using their services but always but not a single complaint from my side. The pick up and delivary services also very good and the boys. Worst service forever.....order automatically get cancelled without any information...not delivery on time, need to call so many times for our delivery.
