S1: On a hot summer day, animals fell asleep under shades.S2: A crow was feeling very thirsty.S3: She flew here and there in search of water but in vain.S4: She continued to search hard but couldn’t find any water to quench her thirst. After a long time, she found a pitcher with a little water in it.S5: The neck of the pitcher was too long and the water level was too low.S6: The crow could not reach the water with her beak. She saw many pebbles around.S7: Then the crow had an idea.S8: She picked the pebbles one by one and dropped them into the pitcher.S9: The level of water slowly rose to the top.S10: The crow drank it thirstily. She was very happy.
Moral: Little by little does the trick--------------------------------------------------------
