The app if fine, you can make orders and that is fine. The only problem nowadays is when you save an item in the wishlist, the wishlist says "SORRY" Fix this please it's so frustrating.
so far so good..the only problem was with my flash disk I bought it here some time back and it never functioned well yet it was a 32gb...I hope in the future you will sell such items that function....I wouldn't want to loose my money next time purchasing something that doesn't work..thank you.
Great shopping experience. Unfortunately, majority of the items come through with very poor quality indeed. The Chinese vendors also need to appreciate the fact that they are sending items to the rest of the world...and English manuals for electrical intems needing installation instructions should just be a basic standard ...
Used to be my premier online shop,i ordered some products i cancelled one and a refund was issued,when i went to collect one of my orders i was shocked that they had mixed up my orders and they had resent the cancelled order instead of what i was waiting for its been months now my order was marked as collected kilimall customer care was of no help at all.
I am so disappointed at Kilimall. It seems that their staff collude with sellers to defraud customers of their money. I bought an item that couldn't meet my expectations and upon requesting for an exchange, the seller offered a refund instead, of less than what I paid. A request for intervention also forced me to accept a refund, which was less than what I had paid. I am uninstalling Kilimall and wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them because fraudsters exist among their staff.
What's wrong with your app....it fails loading every Damn time no matter how I try ....I've even tried downloading and even removed it from my phone....what's wrong with your app because my phone is certainly fine...two stars for that!!!!
the app was good, but suddenly I don't know what is wrong it tells me to login when I put the password or mail it tells,the user name or password is not correct,I lost all the Items that was on my wish list.
If it were possible to give a zero star review i would. Bought an water dispenser, broke down in less than three months and application for an aftersale is damn impossible. Sent an email never been responded to. You will regret using this app
The equipments are affordable. It gives you options and same item you are looking for from different customer's store. So I give 4🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Extremely disappointed, how could my address be wrong while its a public institution, then again how can my contact be wrong and I paid using the same number and communicated with you via the same but when it comes to delivering its wrong.
The only complain I have is the flash sales which are 1 Bob or 10 Bob are not true. I have tried to grab it several times but when I checked out the price is different from the one in the flash sale.
Was fast and efficient in the beginning but this days, the customer service is not helpful at all, the riders are given the parcels then take days to deliver to you and they don't pick calls, so you are left worried because you have already paid for the product this being a disadvantage, the rider may decide to sale it. I don't know why they can't change the system to paying once you receive your parcel. Very disappointing!
All was well earlier but nowadays everything seemed to be annoying and tiresome..... late deliveries and poor quality products...... some of the products that I have ordered and received are not in good quality and after applying for aftersale am not getting any assistance....... please help
I have used kilimall services for a while now, I find their delivery very fast. Am delighted to have found them, they have become my one stop shopping, I will one day try shoes, so far I have done jewelry and bags It's been an amazing experience.
Have ever came across such a suitable online shopping, their orders are perfectly packed, they deliver in time and one receives as ordered. Vouchers are given and discounts are also there. Kilmall thumb up👍keep good up work. I enjoy your goods for the fullest.
Earlier we used to get delivery notifications but nowadays we don't,You also sometimes send us confusing messages after we've collected the items to go for them again . Your former service was better than the current one,
Thanks killimall, though I ordered Vitron smart tv,bt they delivered a tv without other features like YouTube , Netflix etc,I wanted a tv with those features, kindly exchange coz am not satisfied,if you need additional amount I will.
Its a good app i can recommend it to anyone.Only that i opened it today to find out that all my data and coins are not there and have to start again plus the items i bought i can't even access them after updating the app.
I have been using Kilimall app since 2015 and so far there are notable improvements. Aftersale services especially on global items, the buyer can have chat with the seller & get a solution. Delivery timelines changed as well, I've hard packages being delivered next day. Today one can as well 🤙 to follow up on delivery. Lastly, come up with a way that one can see what they are typing when responding to a review/ratings on the app. Currently u blindly type only to see the results when u send
Paid for a vision plus tv on 12th December, got the tv a week later and it was faulty. Contacted the seller and confirmed it was a manufacturer issue. Since then the seller doesn't respond to messages. I took the tv back to the pickup point but 2 weeks down the line, the tv is still at the pickup point. I wonder what is so hard as a return is taking forever yet sales go out fast. AVOID VISION PLUS AND KILIMALL WITH ELECTRONICS.

International items are taking too long. I have an order that has taken a whole month plus. Am now reluctant to add more.
The app is ok but your customer service is not helpful. I ordered some shoes but order was cancelled citing delay in payment. Unfortunately I had already paid and now I can't get my money back. Your customer service asked me to contact supplier directly. They said they haven't received the money. Again I was asked to do an email to Payafrica. The email got no response. It's been frustrating and it's not fair to lose event a cent. I have been a frequent user of the app but now I regret.
The app is nice. Its ability to select items in the cart to check out and leave others is a plus. Also the feature to chat both with merchants and customer service is cool.
I have had a very bad experience. Made and order paid for it and all the contacts given are not going through. Till now I have not received my order. I can't recommend anyone to consider
I enjoy shopping in kilimall because of the affordability and fast deliveries. It is also easy to use the app
There's a bug that doesn't allow you to view your wishlist..and the history of viewed goods...the update posted yesterday didn't fix it... It is making the entire shopping experience deficient... The app is also not updating once a product has been moved to transit... If you order two items from different vendors....it gets very complicated to follow up on either especially when one gets delivered before the other!... Overall services are incredible save for those performance bugs
