I've tried many versions of this game. This is by far the best, most intuitive, and easiest to use, I must have played all levels through dozens of times but there are enough of them so that replaying each is like the first time.I only wish there could be some more - especially at the hard levels. As it is, it's my first-thing-in-the-morning get-the-brain-in-gear tool.
Thousands of free games. Several good tools (sums list, cell adder, error highlights, etc). Non-intrusive ads. Tools and actions require few clicks (in most places). Areas for improvement: include auto elimination options, clean up the few remaining unnecessary clicks, lose the poor attitude and stop trying to encourage buzy work (for example, call it "smart mode" instead of "lazy mode").
Keep losing puzzle I'm working on and can't find way back to it. Can't toggle back and forth between the puzzle and possible combinations without having to re-enter exclusions and inclusions each time. Number panel is directly under the first 3 columns and is not shaded or differentiated from the puzzle grid, so my eye keeps thinking, for eg, that 1, 4, 7 are already placed in column 1. On finalising number (irritating to delete digits it isn't), it isn't then removed from where it then clashes.
Brilliant. Just one issue. The full screen button can be accidentally pushed, not only making the buttons to thin but the app restores the last save losing current session moves. I have to go into setting/app management to change it back. The button needs to be placed elsewhere.
Totally addicted! Puzzles that come up are totally unpredictable, some being easy, while others it can be hard to even get a footing even though they are the same level.
Love this game! Upgraded my phone to the new Samsung flip phone, but the font size is extreme and when enterin multiple hints, the number 5 no longer displays. I'm so sad. Won't be playing this game until this gets fixed. :(
Very enjoyable. It would be great if we could colour cells and turn single digit pencil marks off/on during game play - as opposed to the current method which seems to only allow this between games. Another improvement would be to move pencil marks down a little bit as the 1 & 2 digits overlap the clues making both a little hard to read (on galaxy tab S)
This used to run perfectly on my Samsung Note 10. Now after many KillSud updates, it is so slow that it is frustrating and no longer any fun. I since purchased two more, newer Samsung devices and KillSud is just as bad if not worse on them. Too bad, this was once my favorite app, and I never had a chance to play many of the games.
Keep getting JavaScript error after dozen or so uses which brings random switching between long pause and the game, impossible to return, and requires reinstallation with loss of all statistics. This is the only app giving this experience The Java error message is an error has occurred in sub: main_activity_keypress. (java line 853) Object should be first initialised (Panel) Did you forget to call Activity.Load.Layout ? I have not received a reply on this issue
Plenty of challenging puzzles, nice simple controls and hardly any ads. The only annoying thing is that you can't see the 'sum' feature at the same time as the puzzle.
Excellent, when you figure out the method in spite of not being totally compatible to Android 9. Errors do not show in red and sometimes when finished with no errors, will not respond to 'new ' and time keeps running.
Excellent range of puzzles. A bit slow on filling in options, but not a big problem. Works well on a Samsung tablet despite saying not optimized.
Very good implementation of my favourite printed puzzle. There's a big variation of difficulty within each level though.
Totally addictive game. I've completed levels 1, 2 and 3 and am ploughing my way through 4. Only problem is that it's so addictive that I now have the game grid permanently burnt into the screen of my two year old Galaxy 6.
Almost completed all of each except level 6 ... hope there is an update soon, can play on old phone but S20, the screen changes sizes and can't see the pencilled number
Excellent but does not work properly on my Android phone. Some keys do not work and it occasionally does weird things. Shame as it is still better than the alternatives.
Love the super large inventory of puzzels! Not thrilled with the user interface, i.e. double click actions which are often accidental.
Simple perfection. No frills, just an awesome clean interface. Wouldn't change a thing! <3
Very good, but sometimes over helpful when it alerts you to errors when you haven't checked, or deletes some pencilled numbers for you, or highlights cells.
Love it but wish the levels were more understandable. Level one just as difficult as most of them!
A very nice package. The Sum adder is essential. It works very well. Others have complained that the number entry is slow or sometimes drops digits. My impression is that the app detects the difference between a clean tap and a slide. If your finger slides at all, the digit is ignored. (Edited as follows) The Checker allows guessing with no limit. Other apps with ads limit the mistakes and make you watch ads if you want to continue. I am happy with this app so will guess only when necessary! :-)
