Game kept crashing. Had to uninstall/reinstall. I had done this before without issues: lost about 12 hours of progress. This time, it tells me my last save was on november the 15th. We're the 20th of december. That would mean losing so many items including my new official haircut and several christmas items that were dear to me. They were event rewards, so i wouldn't be able to get them back until next year's christmas. I can't. Too painful.

Was an amazing game. Loved the events & new clothing constantly being released. Takes way too much effort to get K-stars, items way too expensive. The graphics of this game is good. Only fun to dress up the character with items you can't afford. Once you get a bit into the game, the tasks pile up and you basically never have enough energy to complete more than one at a time. Too time-consuming. Strong pay-to-win vibes. This used to be a 5☆ review. Horrible game after a while. 😮‍💨

This game used to be great. Now it takes multiple hours to finish or half finish a task. VERY time consuming for no reward. Things cost an insane amount, and rewards are very small..so it is almost impossible to level up or buy things. It also will not allow me to add friends or access most things I used to be able to.

If I could but 0 stars I would. I've been playing this game for a very long time. I recently got a new device and game crashed, I lost months of progress from items that I purchased, won and levels and etc. I contacted the customer support and they did absolutely nothing to help but endless emails back and forth.

Enjoyed it a lot despite it taking a while to collect energy and the cost of things but as of this morning the app would not load and when it did, I lost all of my progress, went from level 18 to level 2, all clothing, money, contacts, and fans were gone. I paid money to get to where I was at and I'm incredibly disappointed that all my progress was lost. Tried contacting Glu but never got a response.

I have been playing this game for a very long time. It started off great - the gameplay, challenges and winning items used to be great. But lately the items from weekly events are not good. I wish you'll would go back to when you'll had pretty dresses and gowns to win on weekends.

I've been playing for years, got back into it again recently. I always participate in sys but I never received diamonds and dyes, my only way to get them is through sending screenshots to customer care. The latest update however is way worse, I can't even get in the game anymore. Whenever the loading bar reached 90.5% it'll go back to 90.3% an endless cycle. I've tried restarting my phone and even uninstalling then installing the game back, still doesn't work.

I love playing like i am famous. Its so realistic. Its not one of those games where it makes the characters look stupid this game is so much fun and the characters dont look stupid. I did have some problems with it freezing up but that could just be from the weather so there is nothing to worry about. I also would love it if you could lower the amount on the energy to each activity and make it easier to earn money and have us typ in what we want to say. But other then that its a great game.

My rating would have been 5 stars but i was playing the fashion contest and i was about to be on the 1st place and so i wanted to buy another ticket for 1€ since it would give me the win. I then posted the outfit to receive some points for it but im assuming since the timer for the event was 5 minutes it just refused to give me any points for the ticket. So i basically paid for nothing and there was no warning for that :D i know 1€ isnt much but very very annoying when u pay and get none

After more than 3 years of addiction and countless (wasteful) transactions, I will finally Uninstall this game. It is an achievement of undoing a mistake which I hopefully will not repeat. The game has lost its charm. It is redundant and boring. Happy to let it go now

It is a good game, just wish you could sign in with Google to save. The only option they give is Facebook and not everyone wants/has it. So now when I get a new phone in the future, all my progress is basically a waste without being able to save. Please add the option to save through Google!

I've had this app off and on for years, I think I'm finally done with this app because every time I go to play it does an update (daily) and with that update I lost event inventory that customer help did nothing to help me with or answer my question. Don't recommend if you want to waste your time on gathering stars or work to get first on a style event just to lose what you worked for.

Love the game and have been playing for years! Please add a plus size body option! I thought that was coming when I seem the body symbol in the closet but it was for body makeup and add-one. Literally my favorite game to pass time just wish it had that body option.

This game would be so much better if everything wasnt so expensive! Everything cost 'K stars' and its 100s for outfits. Literally have to spend 100s of dollars on the game. Also can only do like half a quest then have to wait hours for energy to fill up again to complete it. Makes it almost impossible to get anywhere.

It is great for future models as It can really show you the experience and it doesn't have many adds so you don't need to keep skipping past them. However, I didn't like how you have to pay Kim points for most things but hardly ever get the points and when you do its around 1-3. I completely recommend this app to however is thinking of installing it!

I have Played this game for a long time. It is crazy how much it has changed. Over priced items, little rewards, very hard to progress in the game now. I guess that is what happens when people get money hungry 🤷

This is a really fun game to play BUT the k stars (which is the game's most important currency) are ridiculously expensive considering how many k stars items cost.. $5 for 50 stars but most iems cost between 30-75 stars.. Sure, you can complete offers for stars but the ones that reward a decent amount will cost you at LEAST $50 or maybe a monthly subscription somewhere.. If you can afford $100 every week to satisfy the luxe goals then this game is for YOU!

Used to be the best game...I updated 3 days ago and now it takes forever to load to open the game and when I watch ads to get extra coins, stars or time it doesn't load the game until I go all the way out of the game and let it reload

This is game is stealing my money. Multiple times I have made purchases for tickets and they take the money out of my account and then don't give me the ticket. It just did it to me again, and that is how i realized. I think I am done with this game. This month alone i spent $64 and most was on tickets i never received. So disappointed, with all the money the franchise of this game has i am disappointed and i think i am done playing this game.

Enjoy the game, love that you can control the pace. Main complaint is the cost of clothes/hair/accessories. One pair of sandals for 20000? That is a little outrageous. I don't understand why the clothes cost as much as the special items like houses, pets, etc. Would be so cool to be able to afford more stylish items.

After update game doesn't work. Whatever update was done last night, when I open up the game it is just constantly loading and never opens up. I tried uninstalling the game and losing it back on and still the same thing. Was enjoying it, but now I can't play.

Great game, I wish there was an option to change the body shape and weight of the avatar so you can make it look some what realistic to oneself. Overall a fun game though, this is my only problem.

The game was working fine until yesterday but today from 9 till 11 its not working at all. And still the glu sign in glitch is still there and you removed the beautiful dresses and even the Kollections isn't like it used to be. Truly disappointed. I used to love playing it me and my friends would sit together and play it and it was lots of fun but not anymore. Such a shame. It was one of the best games ever.

It is a great game BUT it always takes 10-15 minutes to get in and always says 'downloading' when trying to get in. It does this for ages. The latest update has made it 1000000000× worse. I loved the game but the loading issues RUIN it for me.

Got all the way up to level 26, got married, spent some money on kstars, then with the latest update the game wouldn't load at all so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It "restored my game" at level 2! All my progress, completely lost, and money wasted.

It's a decent game, the problem is they don't give you enough energy nothing even close to enough what you need, doesn't refilling a timely manner. Your on a time crunch to get challenges completed with the NEED to purchase energy to complete anything to have any progress in the game. I absolutely LOVE Kim Kardashian and the Kardashians and wanted to love this game but unfortunately its frustrating.

Want to play it more but it just keeps pausing and saying it can't connect, wish it was offline. That way more progress can be made. Not everyone lives in the city...
