This app is always running in the background, even if I force close it, it comes back on within seconds and automatically activates Bluetooth, if I turn my Bluetooth off, the app switches it back on, very intrusive, also wants access to record with my camera and access files, no need for that, I can see me uninstalling it soon to be honest. Do not click on the developers website link on this page, it redirects to various spam pages, considering reporting to Google, overall experience poor...
Clunky. Heavy battery usage, only 1 app can match a tag at a time. No Straight forward explanations on why the app needed certain permissions. Needed to figure them out by playing with the app. 2 notifications come up, 1 in English and the other is not. No way to change language settings The tag is sold as a low power GPS, it is not. May be good for finding lost keys when in range .
If you bought this product and are now downloading the app, poor you. Its totally worthless. Its not a good class of bluetooth so range is awful and when you go out of range the device appears to turn off. So its not like you could come back into range and set off alarm to find him. Essentially this is for hoarders who lose their cat in a stack of newspapers in the same room, or for people who lose their keys and wanna use this to find them.
App won't stay connected. Followed instructions and "help" section. Useless to me if i can't use the app properly. Annoying to have it constantly flashing that it's disconnected when the device is on my dog 2 ft from me. Additionally the "lost history" section shows areas far from me and of which my dog was no where near. Questioning its accuracy now. Will likely be returning the device, very disappointing. I was hoping it would give me some piece of mind.
Doesn't Work! Chinese Version of Samsung Tiles Individual alarms go off every time they lose Bluetooth connection. Useless, they just keep beeping till connected back to Bluetooth. Don't have any idea what they are trying to do here, a limited, harmless battle with Samsung? Whatever it is, apparently it's not working...Well, they did sucker me, so I guess that is their ultimate motivation?
Ok, connects and alarms when disconnects. Bluetooth goes off all the time, turned that off. Biggest issue I've got is you cannot close the app or all the tags diconnect and start going off, so I need to leave the app open and running. That's annoying. I have 4 tags.
My phone bluetooth is showing device but the app couldnt find it.. tried it hundred time.. bad product
The app is not very well designed. It will not connect you to a gps signal, but instead a bluetooth signal. It will not tell you the position of a device that I know of. It can however send a signal over bluetooth to activate a bluetooth device 1ch. I can not find a purpose for this download. 0/10 S721
Cant turn notifications of, in which I also cant change the language to English and now have constant notifications, and a bar notification that is just there to tell me it's running in the background and can not be swiped away. Extremely annoying and the app itself is glitchy and hard to work out.
Don't waist your money on this. It doesn't work, and it won't connect. The instructions make no sense and isn't even grammatically correct. Tried connecting to this app and wouldn't work. I don't understand why there's even any reviews above a one star.
Works great so far for what I wanted, went to app settings and notifications and let me switch everything off. It had 2 notifications stuck open originally. Bluetooth doesn't go very far, so I just use for alarm to find keys.
Keeps disconnecting. The the signal remotes stop working. If button is pressed is losses connection. When they are working you cant go but 20 feet and your phone starts alerting you. Very annoying. I would NOT reccomend this product. Waste of my hard earned money.
At least some of the reviewers can turn the device on. First one that got sent to me, the button somehow got smushed so you couldn't press it to turn it on.Then I had to wait a whole month for another one, just for this one to still not turn on. The button works this time in terms of pushing it down, but nope. It still doesnt do what its suppose to do.
Exceptionally frustrating that I cannot leave my keys behind if carrying my phone because the device will not stop beeping. This could be a useful feature if there was an option to manage how it works, but the only control available is whether my phone makes an alarm too when disconnecting.
Nice effort, useful for something that is on you all the time and might fall out the pocket accidently. Key, pets, cars - doesnt fit. App has bugs too like alarm when bluetooth off button doesnt change anything.
Total garbage. If app isnt open the tracker starts beeping and there is no way to disable the alarm, meaning it will beep all the time. The app defies the very purpose of the device rendering it useless. What a waste of money
The main problem with this app, aside from unnecessary permissions, was that the alarm kept beeping when you close the app. I now found a way to use it if you only need to find your keys with the phone and not the other way around. Connect to the key finder as usual. Pause the app. The keyfinder will beep for about half a minute and not start beeping again as long as the app is paused. To find the keys unpause the app, wait for a bit till the Bluetooth connects again and you can press the alarm.
