I just made my first book. And I can go into the app but it says " Thank you" and that my photos are being copied and I they would keep me updated on delivery etc. So my complaint is that I'm unable to go into the app to make another book at this time. Also I was wondering how you get other decorations. The only one that shows up is a holiday theme. I'm going to check the website but If anyone's knows any info on this it would be greatly appreciated as I did have fun creating my first book.
Can't crop zoom in and out.

I love this application....I have had a few troubles with the ap itself but I email and they respond quickly and instantly correct the issue. The quality is great pricing Is affordable and ease of use I have down to an artform I send a few a week I love this application
Really a shame. Great idea for an app. But it just is so broken on my Samsung S5. Reallly frustrating. Deleted it after all.

Or should I say books...I did not think my first book was created because the app kept crashing and then I noticed on my credit card bill that I was charged twice. I keep trying to open the open so that I can get some information about my order, but it keeps crashing. Hopefully I'll get something in the mail soon! Frustrating. Update 1/15/14 -I still have not received my photobooks. A refund would be great at this point. 1/20/14 still have not received photobooks or a refund.
I already got my booklet, finally... I must say that the booklet quality is pretty good and my mom love the one she got from me. But unfortunately, I still have not receive my first booklet. I got my second booklet two weeks after shipment (just like they say), but the first one was never arrived.
It's such high quality and I can't believe I can send these for $5. Great app!

Its awesome but 11$ seriously? Lower the price a little and ill rate higher
This app does not work. After you do all of the work to build a book it crashes when you try to import an address.
Have a Samsung Galaxy S3. Signed up, started to walk through making a book, but it won't load my pictures so that I can choose which to add. When your phone and Facebook together hold 1000+ pics, it's important to see which ones you're selecting. Great idea if it worked, I would have ordered frequently if it had. :(
The app itself has some bugs but the shipping was fast and the quality of the book is excellent! Very happy with the way it turned out :)
Initially had some issues with crashing on S4, but the developer is quite responsive and fixed the issue.

I have and HTC One and had problems with the app initially crashing alot. The app developer was wonderful in his personal emails to work on resolving the issues. The app works flawlessly now, with the last update! I see a very bright future for the app!
Its so cool! But i have a tablet and all the selection button words are so tiny, and the photos dont come out right SOMETIMES. I would give it a five

Recent updates of this app have made it far more stable than previous incarnations. Cropping and saving are functioning, and crashing is far less frequent. Thanks for the great communication Kindred team. I'm really pleased now!
I installed this on both my mobile phone and my tablet trying to get it to work. Ideally, I'd love to have it access my DropBox, but since it would not, I spent a good chunk of time adding photos to the Download folder on my tablet only to find it wouldn't access that on my tablet (though it would on my phone). I really love the idea of this app, but perhaps some changes to allow it to access more of the photos would be helpful. I'll try to check back to see if this is ever resolved.
