The app is so glitchy I can barely use it. My family hasn't been able to access it at all. After each person individually wrote the company they were able to fix it, but now it's been a week and they haven't had access. The 'activitues' are not creative or interesting at all, just things I do normally with my baby. This was a complete waste of money and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
great app. I've been using it every week. I love being able to learn the different milestones as my daughter grows old but most importantly I love seeing her achieve all of them one by one. thank you.
I have really enjoyed this app. Not only does it provide fun and affordable ideas for playing with my 2yr, it also helps me keep up with milestones and provides articles and videos on just about every topic there is about raising kids.
Extremely bad interface when it comes to finding and subscribing to plans. Impossible to find a simple list of plans and subscribe to what you want. You are only pushed to subscribe for the most expensive plan with a 7-day trial period. Super annoying.
The app raised their prices for a year subscription by 566% from $30 to $200 a year. Do not support businesses that do that. The app is not worth it for that money. Also, their personalized plans do not work. Fraud company promoting a cash grab service.
Just needs simpler plans for thise who don't want to do as many activities from the app. I would personally buy access to just see the graphs with the 3 free activities of the week and would be very happy. Don't want to pay subscription, just buy access to that part of the app.
Downloaded it and it won't open. After reading the reviews I'm glad it didn't, not going to bother.
I cannot stop my membership from google play and you keep charging me! I am not using your app. Please delete my account and redeem the amount you took today.
Can only echo others' opinion on the price, it's insanely expensive. For ~90€ a year, it's one of the most expensive apps I've ever met. I really felt excited doing the test, both design and fluidity were very attractive, deciding anticipatedly to buy. But when saw the price I just felt disappointed. Let's face it, collecting activities (possibly findable on the web) in one app is nice, but for that price is no more than exploitation. Sad! I hope our voices are heard and prices are lowered.
I use to love this app! Back in 2019, it was an amazing resource for learning about and with your babies. Now it feels so much more like a cash grab. A few years ago you could at least watch one ad every day for a free activity. Now you only get one chance a week. The subscription is SO expensive at $19/month. Not to mention the constant pop-ups prompting you to subscribe which in itself is incredibly annoying.. I miss the old app.
I was really excited to see that the app had improved so much since the first time I tried it. However I've gone through and updated all the milestones, many of which my child is advanced in, and the My Plan is showing me activities for below her actual age range, not to mention her actual developmental level. I was expecting it to be more individualized.
I am frustrated with this app. I added my daughter's milestones. Based on the ages recommended for these milestones, she has hit every one. However, she's showing up in some as low percentiles. This doesn't make sense to me. If she is 3 months old and has hit all milestones for up to 3 to 4 months, how is she in the 23rd percentile. The next milestone is for babies 4 to 6 months old. I get some babies will do things early but not 80% of 3 month olds. This seems inaccurate and it's frustrating.
I like the large variety of activities to develop baby's different areas. The activities give me a good idea of other things I can do to develop certain skills. They also have interesting articles, which I like. My only complaint is the app design is a little busy which makes navigation a little confusing, but overall the content has been fantastic!
Tried to cancel my subscription before the end of the 7 day free trial but it didn't work. Now I've been charged $89 for a year and there are no refunds which is unacceptable. The app has promise but a yearly charge is crazy (monthly would be much more palatable). The ability to actually cancel the subscription when needed is necessary.
Horrible experience with this app. Not just that it is totally useless, limited and force you to pay, before you can really check it. Also milestones are wrong! And besides all this they do not stop sending me emails! Even after contacting with them, it is not possible to unsubscribe! Spamming my mailbox! Do not download this, it is waste of time and nerves! You can find better content on internet for free!
Love this app - I tell my friends about it. Whilst I don't use it religiously - if I'm ever curious about my daughter's progress I update it accordingly, compare and implement some of the activities or similar. She's my first, so at the start when you're just staring at a baby thinking " what should I be doing with her" - it was a great app to give ideas. The videos and activities (to foster development) are definitely the highlight but I love the progress graphs too.
I installed the free version and felt the access was so limited that I couldn't fully explore the app to decide whether it was worth the cost. Had there been more free access to videos, I could decide to keep the app. For now, it does not interest me. In theory it seems great but like I said, I can't discover it without paying. I would suggest to the app developper an unlimited access for a few days then impose a fee if you wish to continue using it.
Don't fall for the free trial nonsense. They say they'll give you a reminder 2 days before the trial ends and you get charged so you can choose to opt out or not. Never received any such reminder and now I'm stuck with an app I don't want and have paid £35 for! UPDATE: I've already contacted that email address and you were completely useless and didn't even attempt to resolve the issue. So poor app and worse customer service.
Most of the features you have to pay for. This app is pretty useless when it's the free version. You have to have the full app to unlock all activities or else it may give you one activity which are far and few between. And as soon as she turned 4 months the app basically locked me out. I can't see any of her milestones or charts anymore as it now black out the screen and tells you you have to ugrade. Yeah...no.
It doesn't want you to use it unless buying a package. I cannot update my baby's milestones, family, read catalog or view progress. I reinstalled the app and still have issues to use it. Nothing is accessible unless we buy a package. It has been reviewed by multiple users as an issue and you seem to explain it as only some features are locked when the whole app is not accessible if we do not buy the packages. This is terrible as it was a really good app to use.
Great app to assist you spending some quality time with your little one. I love the option of switching activities if you can not perform suggested one (if you don't have adequate materials or you or your little one simply doesn't enjoy it). I would recommend it to every new parent. Really helps in development of your little one.
There are two paid levels to this app. The first level ($87.00 CND/year)allows you access to a large catalog of activities to do with your kid with suggested videos based on age/ability each day. Great! The second level (167.00/year) unlocks the entire app, and allows you to view live or pre-recorded sessions with experts. I paid for level one. At this level, they constantly, (and I mean constantly), try to get you to upgrade. This is frustrating and interferes with my experience in the app.
