I created the account with password but when enter app and write email address it tell email unknown!!! Such-and-such dumb app
Good options. Like ordering snacks ahead of time when you order a kids ticket. The interface leaves something to be desired: You can't easily order films on start time or filter on spoken language. But what's even worse: Payment integration doesn't work (I think the developers need to test what happens on phones with a work and private profile). After failed payment the seats you wanted are still locked to your previous session, very frustrating!
Couldn't finish buying a ticket through the app as the final verification page became blank. In the end bought the ticket through the website... Can't find information in the app that is available on the website (e.g. looking for a film that's coming soon). Let's hope it will improve, for the moment it's not that useful.
Very easy to use but it would be nice to also have an English version so tourists and visitors can also understand and enjoy using it
A helpful app to check, choose and buy the tickets for the movie that you want to see.
Images glitching. Pages stuck on loading. Navigation that jumped around. Unresponsive UX. Most importantly, the main flow of buying a ticket online felt janky. I'll be going back to the regular webapp (on desktop/laptop since even that works horribly on most mobile devices).
It's been years and I'm still missing a share button. I would love to share the movie link towards my conversations. For now, i'm just screenshotting what Im looking at. So please add a share button, no matter what the technical challenges are.
Almost as bad as the website. The app decided that i live in a different city and there's no way to change the standard. It's molasses slow. To make things worse, it starts by showing you an add for a movie. FOR A MOVIE! THAT'S WHAT I'M OPENING UP THE APP FOR! WHY ADVERTISE A SERVICE I'M ALREADY THERE FOR? Kinepolis has the worst IT.
The bad: Information about the screening of a movie is in small writing above the Bold Screen information. This is rookie UX mistake (Headers above, content below). Due to this I bought 4 tickets for the Dub version. The bad 2: You cannot download the tickets, simple thing "download to pdf". No information shown to confirm purchase, email straight to spam. I screenshot the code reference. The good: Nice cover page, and general info about the movie
The website is terrible on a mobile phone, so installed the app. It hangs pretty much every time I used it. Today it asked me to rate it. After giving it 1 star, I get a page with "lorem ipsum" in the description and a constant pending progress bar. Apparently the website team also makes the app. I have a screenshot if the company likes to verify someone should be fired.
Browsing through the movies and timetables is ok. But the payment flow is bad designed and poirly tested. Payment routes to a different website and all feels wrong, designwise and usability. I had to clear my app cache to be able to pay.
Extremely unreliable. Crashed 10 time in first 5 minutes of use. I barely managed to log on and find the movie I want to see. I'll just stick to website until you pay proper devs who know how to make a mobile app.
Slow, not user friendly app. Fails on payment methods sometimes. Your places get 'reserved'. You need to wait until they come free again and then often you lost them to someone else.
Crappy app, online reservation is very buggy. Refused to take a valid free ticket coupon, crashed, then listed the coupon as used already.
Won't show tickets in the app after purchase forcing you to queue at the cashier. Waste of time
It is a good app but would be perfect also if you could select English as language
Payment process is a serious hassle at the moment and I just gave up and bought tickets on the website.

The application is laggy. It's hard to tap on smal things like checkboxs because they have no margin. Google pay doesn't accept payment and your seats will be locked for some time without an ability to choose another payment method. No information about why I cannot pay with Google Pay. If it doesn't work why you give people this option? It looks the the developers are very juniors and never created any applications before. Overall it's a web application with bad design and broken functions.
