Pretty smooth navigation. Kinetic Should make it easier to transfer money to another institution. That gets a bit complicated. Other than that, it's all good. That's why I did 4 stars instead of 5.
This app has come so far from it's querky origins: it's now logical, intuitive and straight-forward. Thanks Kinetic, THIS I like a lot.
App is well made for me needs. Sometimes it's taken down for maintenance purposes (I think) but always comes back up. This bank is in Georgia (I used to live there) but I live in Texas. No problems accessing my account or using my debit card.
App sometimes freezes up, and I miss when I could use my finger print to sign in instead of keying in my password everytime. Other than that I have no complaints.
I dont like that my funds are being held for so long. I have accounts with Navy Federal and USAA and whenever I do a module deposit, it NEVER takes this long for my funds to be released to me. I might as well had deposited the check into one of those accounts.
Love the app, easy to use but sometime its aggravating when the fingerprint won't log you in and you have to do it manually. Overall love the app.
It's easy to get to your account to transfer money and to check your balance. Easy to check who has gotten their money. I will tell friends and relatives about how good/ great Kinetic are and will not say any bad about them you all, Kinetic Credit Union.
Even though my device (Nexus 7, 2013) may not be considered "optimal" for using this App, I've never had an issue! Gotta love it.
Accesible at all time. I can check my balance, transfer money from my savings to my checking without problems. I like this application very much.
Very easy to sign on and use for most of the banking transactions I need. Image viewing of cancelled checks needs improvement, but overall very convenient app.
App keeps Freezing past 2 days...I'm trying to be patient... yall need to Fix & my #1 complaint IS: Your app says I have unread messages HOWEVER when I click it says I have ZERO messages.... can you please fix that & make it possible to delete?
Easy access to check balances. Even though occasional check latter is not an inconvenience.

Needs work. More access to more things. Check deposit feature is always screwed up. Your institution as a whole is crappy forlack of a better word

This app is far behind other banking apps. I always have issues with mobile deposit and it is very limited with the information you can see.
Having login issues. It logged me out randomly, and now the login button doesn't work at all.
It's a very convenient way to check your balances, and view the activity of your account(s) at your fingertips.
The process to deposit a check is ridiculous. It takes too long and the system is captioning the picture.
I appreciate being able to do so much of my banking on line securely. This is a great app and i love banking with Kinetic!
I will have to say I prefer to use the 13th Street Columbus,Ga {~location~} Even though I stay in Alabama. Customer Service goes along ways to alot of us out here. I sent my daddy to that one as well, needless to say we are both so pleased with Outstanding Customer Service especially during pandemic. I'll drive few extra miles. All in All 5☆
Bill pay is Quick and easy to use, but slower than I wish it was in sending the money. Does the app send by snail mail?
I love Kinetic, transactions are always quick and easy to follow and understand.
Usually fine but lately it has problems loading. Stuck on please wait for 6+ minutes.

The mobile check deposit feature has horrible recognition. Have to retake pictures over and over and it talks to me the whole time like I haven't done this before. it only got two stars because it does work after a few attempts... Barely.
