King and Assassins: The Board Game
The people are angry... danger abounds. Three assassins are planning to murder the monarch! Get ready for a fight – the hunt is on!
King & Assassins is a simple game in which deception and tension are paramount.
One player takes the role of the the tyrant King and his soldiers. His objective is to push through the mob of angry citizens who have overrun the board and get back to safety behind his castle walls.
Before the game, the player controlling the assassins secretly chooses three of the twelve citizens occupying the board. These three will become the would-be assassins!
In every turn, each of the two sides have a certain amount of Action Points at their disposal for the King, his guard and his citizens.
Use the soldiers and their ability to push back the mob as best as you can because assassins lurk among them!
Action, deception, daring coups – King & Assassins has all of this and more to offer the boldest players with the courage to fight this incredible duel!

Great game, but needs more levels for solo play. Unfortunately little to no on-line opponents available.
Everything is fine apart from the lack of content. Since the online community seems to be nonexistent, I think it would be great if we had more single player options.
Absolutely amazing game, maybe in order to increase the games popularity the game developers could temporarily make the game free, to rack in some downloads and make the multiplayer feature comeback 2 life
Very disappointed. Great concept. Solo game play options limited. On practice games the AI is psychic.
Nice tactical game which I do not play enough but still worth the purchase price.

Love the game IRL, but the AI is wildly unfair in this port. Just to test my theory I never moved my assassins, and yet somehow they were the first two people arrested in the game, while they ignored other closer potential threats. Not great if you want a time waster.
Excellent port of a very fun board game. I love playing this every chance I get. Can't wait to see more levels roll out.
This game looks great but it's clearly been released way before it's ready - playing as assassins the AI knows exactly where they are. Defeats the whole point! It surely doesn't take 2 seconds of testing to realise this?? Shame. Refund please.
Great strategy game and tons of replayability, really makes you think. Would definitely love to see more levels in a future update. These devs really know how to make digital board games. Kudos
After a few games, I found that although lacking in maps and single player options, it is quite a satisfying strategy game, the price is fine for this. But one bug which meant my game screen did not update until I refreshed it by locking and unlocking the sceen, so I couldn't see what was happening, seems to be linked to the game not keeping the screen open and allowing it to time out. Also... why no private lobby? Come on now, be reasonable.
