King James Bible Free (KJV)

The app isn't like before, I loved it better a few years back, and I rated it 5 stars then because it didn't have ads before but now there are ads blocking the bottom of the screen. There used to be a variety of fonts and audio voices to choose from but now it's just 2. I find the ads most annoying as they are a distraction. I can really do without those.

I wanted a simple Bible app for reading the Gospels offline. King James Version is still the best literal translation of the Greek Gospel texts. I can easily set font style, size, and white text on black background -- best for my poor eyesight. I wish the app would automatically open where I left off; as it is, it goes to the beginning of the chapter you were in, and that's good enough.

A very nice app. The audio makes it better. Kudos! If only the passages hilighted and saved during a reading plan could be saved beyond it and not end automatically with the plan the app would be rated 5-star from me. Nevertheless, kudos! ...... Suddenly, it says my language audio is not supported! I tried the three English language audios to no avail. Minus the audio it's just like any other Bible app. Downgrading to three star!

Excellent bible software. The audio is flawless; the sound output is clear and its operation is very responsive. The audio has this ability to repeat favourite several times if desired. Be it the written or the audio version, this software iseasy to use. The ability to highlight favourite verses makes the software so good. After using many online/offline bible softwares, I would rate this as the best so far. It is indeed an excellent daily companion. Highly recommended.

I am being advertised products related to the precepts I wrote in the notes section of the app. My screen freezes and does not complete the request of exporting my notes. It claims to have saved my notes but the file is empty. Smh. Trust is very important to me so although otherwise all is well until this issue is solved I am providing 2 stars.

It's a great app... it's word for word of the KJV BIBLE. It has some good features to choose from should you need enlarged font size...has a night version for reading in the dark. Has daily scripture... daily reading plan... bookmarks... highlight features...all in all it's a great app...and just like in the Bible the words of Christ are written in red. Recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Bible App. The simplicity of the Gospel mad in Simplicity of this navigation. Quick and sharp to get to verses. Great quick search tool for key words. Couldn't complain about a thing. Please don't try to advance it in a fancy technological way! The simplicity and fast navigation is why I love it! 😃

I have been using this app for years now and I am pleased with it. I have had no issues, I have many notes saved onto it, many highlights made, runs smoothly, no problems whatsoever. I paid a few bucks for the ad-free version; always better.

I absolutely love this Bible. The ads are small and not distracting at all. I use it for church, and school, or whenever I need to clarify what another version is saying. I would definitely install. If you are having trouble finding a good app, then stop looking and install this one.

Having this app on my phone, is the most important blessing to desire. It works very efficiently, and beside reading or listening to the built in audio speaker, I can post selected verses to friends. I also recommend this app to them. I thank God Almighty Jehovah and Jesus Christ for this app.

Makes my reading experience so much easier. Comes in handy and easy to access on my phone. I love that I am able to highlight key verses during bible studies and I have the option of sharing scriptures with family/friends.

I love this app. Uniquely searchable. I desperately download and install it in every cell phone I acquire and I do change cellphones regularly. This app is my basic and favourite bible app so far for a long time. It is quick to access and search. No irritating adverts, very important. Good experience for me. This is my favourite Bible app, it's just the KJV with no extra "fluff" which is great. One request I do have is for the ability to change the background colours or import your own, the black or white background can sometimes be a bit straining on the eyes personally! But great job :)

Beautifully organized; easy search for book,chapter, verse; good highlighting options. Please include using background images when sharing verses. GOD bless you for the great work.

I love this App cos it opens straight to the word of God, with hardly any distractions like most bible apps. I had to search and uninstall many bible apps before getting this one! I just love it- straight to the bible! No fuss, no dross!!

The language is just perfect and the way the Bible is structured it's takes you directly to the verse and book that you want. It's simple to operate and understanding. I recommend everyone to download this app and use it. Thank you for this App

This is a comfortable bible,the chapters are easy to maneuver, you can highlight, and you can also make notes or underline whatever you need. Yes this is a great app.🌅

This bible app has been very useful. Although not quite long I started using this bible app. It helps you read the bible with maximum concentration. The good thing about the app is that, it doesn't show add in it.

I am SO enjoying this Bible app! It's the absolute best out of all of my Bible app experiences, VERY quick & easy to navigate through chapters & verses! However, your Sister app which includes the KJV with the Apocrypha, I have been told that the book of Enoch, Jasher, & Jubilee were added and is false doctrine. For example in the book of Enoch, that Moses was an albino! I am thoroughly researching & asking Yah for the TRUTH, because I am responsible for spreading TRUTHS or suffer judgement!

I really enjoy this Bible app. The others I tried all had a bunch of added things that you have to wait for them to load before you can get to where you left off reading. This app let's you get right to reading.

Easy to maneuver..I like it..One of the best apps seen in a long time. The new highlighting and note taking is extremely effective.

I really love this app! I can read It without the squinting eyes. I enjoy the fact that I can better understand what I am reading. I don't focus on trying to see each words..... Thank you !!!

I love how easy it is to navigate through the app. I also love the narration, it is spot on. Can be walking from home to school listening to the app narrate at the same time.

The ads aren't vocal like my other app. I hate having my phone start talking to me when I'm using it in service. I like the highlight features. My favorite Bible app so far.

I liked the features wherein there are choices of colors to be used to highlight important verses that i need to remember. And also commend this app for helping me to search easily the verses and words that i need to find. Congrats!!!

I enjoy the easy accessible way to reach my scriptures without having my Bible around, I usually have my phone around more than I have my Bible.
