I just downloaded the game but i cant start can someone help me??? it keeps on saying log in successfully but it wont start..

my rally army wont return to base. it says it will arrive in "asdasdasd" and when i cancelled my rally still it wont return to my castle.

I just installed the game and started playing. I liked that a lot of the rewards were diamonds but when I went to go spend them they disappeared and now everytime I collect diamonds it always shows that I have 0. If your not going to let people keep the diamonds then dont give them as rewards. I was thinking about buying some but if they are just going to disappear or never register then I'll keep my money.
