Very very poor password management i saved my password but after playing for months game automatically loged out and my saved password just lost. Now i don't remember my password but i have binded email. But no use i requested passwords recovery and no response till yet... As i like this game so much but its so useless if after alot time and progress you just just lost every thing suddenly so pathetic password management ...
Too many network errors, unable to log into game accoubt for days now. And no chance of getting higher ranked heroes or be competitive if you dont spend money on the game. It's a money pit game, and it's become boring, same old things packaged in new ways.
This game has a lot of potential but the overpriced system is a problem . If I had low wage and its 40 dollars per week , I would have to eat once per week to get stronger. If it was like titan fall buying system. 3.99 for 275 diamonds and so on , 9.99 for 775 diamonds and 19.99 for 1500 diamonds. And you wouldn't be like ea , I hope you take this advise . cause it's great for casual play for me but pricing is too ea for me
I would give it five stars if the support was better. I will say they are trying. Been playing since 2012. You can ghost the account and go back but be sure to ask for help. Not support help, ask other players. If you leave the game unprotected you will lose everything you built. It's a good game to play on the bus, train or on a break. You can leave it quickly and go back.. It's fun. Many say it's expensive. It's not. You don't have to buy anything. You can win gems for items.
Great concept, gameplay is great but the whole game experience get spoiled by one factor. Protection. (Bubble) Even the worst gamer in the world can become the strongest on the server because nobody can touch him as long as he is willing to pay for protection. This straightforward changes the game from an awsum wargame to a moneygrabbing pay us and nobody can touch you game. Without the bubble i would easy give the game 5 stars. As long as the bubble are in the game it doesn't even deserve one
Virtually all aspects of this poorly made "game" are a competition of who is willing to spend more money. It's very buggy, the few updates they do release are only to add even more payment incentives. Trying to go payless, you'll grind day and night for months just to have some guy who dropped $100 obliterate you in minutes. From what I've seen, all the top ranks of every server are full of players who drop literally hundreds of dollars. Not worth it at all, this "game" is just a shameless scam
Game was awesome until it downloaded 4000 in-game images to my photo library. Seriously, 4000 pictures consisting of every item and character in the game saved into my library. I deleted them and it happened again the next day. Peace!
This game needs an update its still bloody snowing on my game interface and always get network error on 4g/5g works fine on WiFi !!
Poor customer support, could loose in game purchases without any notice, good game to play, but don't trust it with your money. And not to forget the poor response of servers, network error can bug you all the time
Very costly game . If you want to play this game u should be millionaire . Always getting network error . Very laggy and buggy . Even I have 1 gbps speed
Upload game then it asked me to register witch I tried to do. It either said network problems or users name invalid. My network is 100% ok I have been playing other games with no problems at all so with this option I am giving it 1 star and deleting the game. ☹
Its ok the games been around for awhile developers should be rich oh and good luck trying to reach out to support they never get back to you but they fast at taking money when you purchase gems
This game is too good and one of the best empire games i have played. It is somehow a little bit hard than other mmo strategy games.And one thing I would like to recommend to developers that there is not much use of alliance so please make some efforts to put something interesting related to the alliance.
I'm seriously frustrated with this game always keep on merging players and demoting their power and ability after acquiring a good rank in the game i was seriously demoted to a very low rank it's doesn't even worth 1 star i'm thinking of deleting it now the onlu good side of the game is that it doesn't consume much data anyway thanks to the developer
Fun game but to many issues with the game and to many bugs. If u fix it ill redownload it. Still fun but freezes up a lot
one of the best games ever built..graphics is little less but..atill the quality, the interface, the style, it has been built is damn awsome
nice one, very adictive & intuitive. It also depicts the word Loyalty b/c u have to check every munite of the day each area in your kindom.
I am playing this game from past 5 years and never found myself bored. Really good game with good graphics and more fun .i an giving 4 star to this because it's so expensive for Indian players .tap4fun please do something for indian players .

Lucky prize wheel is worst thing in this game every time when I tried to use that it says video is not available right now.developer needs to resolve this issue.other than this issue the game is good
i just uninstalled this game... every other day... have to log in... then today the game would not accept my password... tired of it... if I'm going to have to login ever other day... never excepting my password... its just not worth the time and the trouble
I've been playing since 2012. The customer service is the worse. Instead of merging servers to keep the game interesting to players they open new servers! Players get bored and quit because after spending time and money on a server why waste more money starting over? Do not start it is a waste of time and money! Before opening new servers you NEED TO MERGE ALL OF THE OLD SERVERS! When you complain about Network errors they say it's your device! Players don't start! It's not worth it!
