King’s Mobile
The application will provide essential College information and services in a mobile-friendly format. King’s Mobile will be updated regularly with alerts, up-to-date contact details and the latest services available to students.At launch, the app will include information about:•Student services, such as the Compass and King’s Careers & Employability•Study services at King’s•Where to find food outlets and bars on campus•Transport information, maps and directions•Key College contacts.•Students will also be able to view their library loans and use the ‘Find Friends’ feature to see where their friends are and contact them to meet.•Information about KCL Student Union.
The project will continue to evolve after launch, and we will be seeking feedback (within the app) for suggested future features.

This review is for android version. The 'back' arrow in the top left of screen needs to go, please change to a 'home' icon, because it looks like the 'back' button and if you're in the middle of online lesson and press it trying to go back a step (instead of correctly pressing other back button at the bottom) you go from your module back to the home screen...also if you do an online lesson theres no way to go back to module page except pressing 'back' button until you're at beginning of lesson.
Mixed experience. Generally very good but timetabling feature not working at present which is the main feature I need. Once that is working it will be excellent.
It's terrible, it does not work, it does not open the app, just show a black screen, I do not give you zero star just because I can't.
It has a lot of bugs , keeps of glitching, i have reinstalled it 4 or 5 times already, i am having a lot of troubles with it
The App doesn't work, just looking at a blank screen. Tried reinstalling but still the same.
The most important way in which this app can be useful is showing you your daily timetable... and after 3 days it justramdomly stopped doing that.
Filled with issues. I've had to keep reinstalling the app for my timetable to update.
It says to choose kings member but I'm not given any options to choose from, it's just a blank screen.

It's functional, especially for the course timetable, which I use almost every day. However I expected something more than a web-based application, that every time you open it takes some seconds to load all the cards.
This app no doubt has some useful functions however, it is simply appalling that the developers never thought to include the function that allow students access to their college MSN email account.
Was working fine until today. My timetable has stopped displaying which is incredibly frustrating and I now cannot log back into the app.
Can't access most of the things like the timetable and email.
Nothing really works
Crashes everytime I start. Even though the gui has been improved the app has become slower. First the app should run, then one can comment on its functionality. The previous one was far more better than the new updated version.
Needs to provide access to library account, emails and personal calendar/timetable. Could be a brilliant app but at the moment, doesn't really offer anything. I would suggest having the option of an auto-reminder/1-click downloading of pdf lecture notes for upcoming lectures as per your timetable. That way you can pull it down to your tablet for prior reading.
Update 20.10.14: Got an update. New UI but seems like the only function that is useful, renew book, is bugged. The app crashes every time I press on the library button. Srsly, 3 years already and nothing have done...... Please fix this broken app. The only function is useful is to renew your book. The account balance can't even correct. Fix it.
1. Please add a "renew all" option for library on next update. 2. the "Map" is actually useless for new student. It is not possible to use GPS in the building, and the A-GPS with this College map makes people confused. 3. More functions are expected.

You've added a "feature" where we must login again every time we need to do anything. The library feature doesn't work. Gone from two stars to one! On the other side the UI is actually improved, although functionality needs to be there first!
The app is getting better and better. My main suggestion would be to make it easier to add lectures / tutorials to the calendar in bulk. Apart from that the user interface is great - well done KCL
Every time I try to go on the library section (the only reason I have the app in the first place) the app crashes.
Accessing the library features now crashes the app. That was the main useful feature.
Wont let me log in to view my timetable. Like everything kcl produces, this app is sheer crap.
LIBRARY OPTION DOESN'T WORK! THE ONLY THING I USE IT FOR
Randomly closed and stopped working, it has been several months and its still term time. Inconvenient for students since with the app it was easy to view timetable and modules all in one place
