First time using the delivery service and the rep shopping for me stole from me. They added extra items to the list and it was labeled as replacement. Nevermind the function of the app, check your receipts. When I complained about this they offered me a 10$ instore credit. Not my money back, they still haven't given me my money back. Nor have they replied to returning my money. This app is a setup to get scammed. They offer an in store credit so THEY don't loose money, even though they stole it
This may be a duplicate order to one I placed this morning. I saw the final confirmation page but did not receive any email confirmation. The automated system found the order, after I supplied my cell phone number. When I called Customer Service the representative was unable to see that order on her system. We walked through what I had already done with no resolution. I did not appreciate her insinuation I had not placed it properly. I only hope there is only order to pick up tomorrow.
It keeps telling me my password and email are wrong. They are not wrong. Tried to start new account with my email. It then told me email already in use. Many people are frustrated. PLEASE have clippable and digital coupons available at same time, like SAFEWAY does. Why this needs to be so confidential is a mystery. It should be used friendly, not getting me so frustrated I don't want to shop in your store!!
Another day, another bad review. I just received my order, and I'm just terribly disappointed. This app is so hard to use. I sent in an order for about $60, to be delivered. Then I added about $20. I only received the $20 part. The main order just disappeared, except for the $12 tip I had anticipated for the $60 order. I didn't want to change it after the fact, so that's gone, too. I wish the developers would look at Walmart's and Amazon's Whole Foods grocery app and learn from them.
Can't clip coupons like I used to. If I filter, I can clip one coupon and then it resets the filter to the previous view. Very frustrating.
I have been told that my digital coupons don't work when I click on the weekly ad and it circles the item and add that to my digital coupons, but it won't apply it in the store. What kind of programming would allow you to make it look like you're clipping a digital coupon but it doesn't work when you go to use your card. Ridiculous! The store told me I have to click on all of the coupons first and then choose which ones I want. I don't want to look at all of the store coupons, I shop ad flyers!!
Today (5/20) I updated the App for the 2nd time since I reported the problem described below, but there hasn't been any resolution. PLEASE REVIEW THIS ISSUE AND PROVIDE A FIX. Recent update 4/22 has messed up the store products search bar. Every letter entry duplicates. LLiikkee tthhiiss!! It seems like every time you "update" the app, you just make it worse.
Overall good app. Recently have had issues where my digital coupons are not accounted for when I pay in store. Also, when browsing coupons the screen resets to show me coupons I didn't want to look on yet.
Wish they could not have things showing available to buy, but it's truly not. If it was just a few things, BUT, it's EVERYTIME and SEVERAL items. Sometimes you're able to get a really good shopper and really try to get you what you want and communicate when there's issues, not just be like "oh well"and move on.
This is a horrible app and even a worse customer service. Coupons do not show up . I can understand if there are glitches, but I've contacted three times about this and they never get back to me i even called once, spoke to someone who asked for specifics of my phone and told me that someone would contact me. Months later, nothing. I wrote them again, and nothing They obviously do not care about their customers
I love the idea of this app but there are so many flaws in the ordering process and when using the app in store. When I use it for ordering pick up, it takes forever to make any changes to it once submitted. It has a super long time delay to recognize and accept changes. When I use it for an in-store list to help find items, it sometimes let's me sort it by aisles and sometimes it doesn't. It really can be quite messy and frustrating. I use it every shopping trip but I wish the flaws were fixed.
The app was great until the last 2 updates! It doubles my quantities and it won't let me send my cash back to my King Soopers card. I keep getting an error message that says I can only cash out once every 24 hours. Strange since I can't cash out! Please fix this!
This app is terrible! It often doubles all the items in the list. Before it would show you the aisle the item was on but that feature seems to be gone. I tried to order groceries for pick up and there isn't a good way to request NO PLASTIC. I tried to put in "special instructions" after placing my order and now it seems stuck on the "modify order" screen and will not let you move forward. Instead there is only a cancel order warning. Think I will use another store next time
Very annoying experience when you are clipping coupons. If you click on a coupon for more details or to look at all items and then go to go back to the list of all coupons, it takes you back to the top of the list EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was hoping this was one of the "bugs" that would be fixed on the update, only to find out it is still the same. If we had other grocery stores in the area, I would stop using the app and shop elsewhere. Very disappointing.
The best grocery chain in Colorado has a pretty useful app that you can use to either schedule pick UPS or deliveries it's a highly recommended they've done a great job of making everything very accessible and easy to search for the items you want
Does anyone else notice items keep disappearing from their list? This has happened so frequently, I had to keep my initial order list, just to make sure. The Safeway app is also a lot more user friendly.
Should not default to substitutions allowed. Every time I do something I have to retoggle substitutions and/or go through the entire list and toggle individually. I triple check that no substitutions are allowed and when I go pick up, there's substitutions. So I have to take more time, go inside, to do a bunch of returns because I DID NOT ALLOW SUBSTITUTIONS!
The update didn't fix the bugs (when I type, random characters come up in addition to the letters I type).
So I have a update to my review. It wouldn't let me start a new review so I deleted the 1st review. They fixed the digital coupons that I complained about and I know many other people did too. So the problem was if you clicked on a coupon to see what was involved with the coupon and clicked back it took you all the way back to the beginning of the the coupons. It was so irritating and I would get so frustrated. They finally fixed it!!!👏👏👏 Thank you to whoever did this.
Like using app but recently typing is broken. Each time I type or try to spell something each letter is duplicated very frustrating to get item searched.
I could not open the app in the grocery store to use a digital coupon on on meet that was on sale. And general manager was very very rude, Would not accept an override on their supposedly sale
App crashes frequently and/or is constantly moving at a snails pace. Tried adding another card on file to pay multiple times but it wouldn't load at all after putting my password in each time. After a few crashes and fighting it for about 15 mins I gave up staring at the same loading screen over and over went to pay.. I lost my original pickup time and could not select it again. Had to pay for it all myself instead of splitting it among the house like we usually do.
Generally good but there are some issues. I do like the saving and convenience but don't love loading coupons each time I plan a grocery trip. When scrolling through the available savings, if I click on one, I go back to the top of the list and have to scroll through again; especially obnoxious when there are 800 available savings. Another frustration is the cash back offer limit. The FAQs say I can load 150 but in truth I can only load 4.
Forces me to log in multiple times, often right in the middle of adding coupons or shopping in the app. The "cash out" option for cash back offers does not work and just gives an error message and customer support does not help at all.
It's hard to find specific coupons and digital deals. Navigation could be simpler.
Love the ability to instantly view receipts, and access coupons and sale ads. Would be nice if when viewing coupons in the app, once you click on a coupon to view it, that when you click back the app doesn't bring you to the top of the list of coupons. It would be better if the app would bring you to the last place you were in the list of coupons.
Poor navigation. Difficult to shop by department and you can't add items to your pickup order from any of the sale pages including the weekly ad. I was hoping that this would be better than their website but I think it may actually be worse.
It's incredible how bad a service can be and get away with it. It's bad enough making an order and getting charged for things out of stock. It's really annoying when the order says delivered but instead it's located in the middle or a random field nowhere near my property but it's infuriating when you choose the option to have groceries delivered and they're 3-4 hours late. Not only that, the app has no easy customer service connect option. I hate this company and this app.
