Support is rubbish, game has been neglected and basically abandoned by developers, programmers, etc. There is still loads of potential, but I guess they lost the plot, or maybe the original developer(-s) never shared the rest of the storyline...

You only got 5 stars because you manipulate people to give it to you by making it a quest completion....y'all think your slick! lmao. But we have an edit button, so back to 2 stars since this is a pay to play game that only gives advantages to the big spenders. If you can figure a way to fix this, which would dent your pocketbook so I know it will not happen, then I will give you 5 stars. Manipulating people to give 5 stars as a quest is disgusting and says a lot about the developers.

Good game but you guys really need to fix the freezing issue when selecting troops to send to monsters. Just started and enjoy the game but I dknt like the freezing every time I want to do something... please fix it for 5 stars!

The game would be great if it wasn't abandoned by igg. So many players playing for more than a year, putting money in, despite the problems that always got the same fixed reply "we are sorry for the inconvenience, we will fix it" (never fix anything), and now came the best, people losing their accounts!! I'm never gonna start another igg game.

Hello, it says all of my accounts are unable to be retrieved, care to explain why? And yes, they were all binded to gmail accounts and they are all signed in to my phone. Also I tried to reinstall to see if that fixed it, with no changes.

Well sure hope I can get my account bck been like 5 months been doing everything they asked screen shots an jus no go. I've can't get ahold of live support jus shows a black screen with error. I send tickets in an still no go

I take my stars back. There this glitch or bug where my soul currency doesnt go up. When I aid my guild members it says +500 yet when I check the soul mall it stays at 200. This also happens in the guild mall. There amount which I have stays fixed! This happens on both of my accounts. Boring👎 as well. Add some gameplay. The game doesnt feel so balanced with the larger guilds monopolizing the place. Make an option to share resources. Sending resources or items to allies and stuff.

They put a box in your item section, on the game when you open it, and push on it to see what's in the pack it automatically takes money out of your bank, right now I'm dealing with Google to block all payments to this game, I suggest if you play this game you do the same so you don't get cheated either

Doesn't work and IGG hasn't given anyone a a clear response as to why people cant login to their accounts or ridiculous. They haven't made any improvements or actual changes to the game but the amount of issues they have is insane. Never spending money there ever again and THATS if they ever fix the issue. But they they rather bs you then give you your money back.

Pretty good game but the controls are kind of all over. Progression is fairly sluggish but not so slow you dont enjoy it.

I am.experiencing great troubles associating my account with a new ID. I cannot access my already developed account, which I have invested in for over a month now. Apparently noone can solve the issue. Extremely dissapointed.

Great game, but after today's update....the game is stuck on searching for device information...it won't load. Please fix...this game ran perfectly until today. Will rate 5 stars when fixed.

I started playing this game a few years ago but I ended up installing it because it took up too much of my time. I found it again recently and reinstalled it. I love it! I moderate my time more lol

What an awesome game so addictive,I started playing 18 hours ago and surprisingly reached Drogon Alta level 10 and got over 500K might, now that was fast comparing with Lords Mobile that I use to play.But there is one thing I don't like about is the items in the guild mall,soul and gold shops are too expensive.

Installed this game the other day and have noticed the game won't load after installed,I'm sure this issue has occurred for numerous people,the game developer needs to have this issue fixed and resolved

nearly 800 days login, and now half the players all over, in every world is getting is "unable to retrieve account information" do not say clear cache, it does not work. Fix this as soon as possible please, alot of people have spend fortunes in this game.

Could be a great game . Bugs and IGG not working on the app have ruined it . Need to open all worlds up to make it fun . Also finding it very difficult to download

Awesome game. Low battery usage, don't over heat the phone, Well optimized, Easy to upgrade and gather resources.

It is ok but the game cant play in the mirage and it refuses for me to form teams...kindly fix these bugs

Can't create teams! can't enter mirage! Been happening for around a month come on IGG! Get it right!!!...you take our money for a game that has more recurring bugs than my garden!!

there's no solution from devloper, I'm old player, play this game when only 3 world. now i can't login to my account and whenever i send email to CS, only BOT or machine replay -_-

Can't make it past the tutorial without the game freezing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
