Took a bit to get it working, then it worked fine. A lot of the things I read people complaining about are just settings tweaks that need to be made. But then I set the watch down for a weekend. When I came back to reconnect it...nothing. No amount of fiddling with the settings seems to be able to get my watch to connect. I went from being fairly happy because you get what you pay for, to not happy, because although the app is free, the watch was not.

The app takes roughly 30 seconds to open, if it does at all. The connection to the watch is terrible, cutting out randomly, and often not being able to connect at all, which is what I'm dealing with now and what has pushed me to write this terrible review. The app is in English, however it can be hard to understand at first, like it has been sent throigh Google Translate a few times.

With regard to the comments about the connectivity issues: I have seen this with other bands/apps; don't use the traditional bluetooth connection process where you pair from your phone's bluetooth menu. Instead make sure bluetooth is on then go within the app settings and click to connect there. Once the band connects you will see a very small link symbol on the watch itself, in my case, right next to the battery status symbol. This app works well for this level of fitness band.

if your phone closes the app from running in the background, notifications stop. The day and month are the wrong way round for people in the vast majority of the world and don't seem to be able to be changed. Needs an "all watch notifications off" setting. Has a function to measure your sleep pattern... which is not going to be great if you are having your watch vibrate during the night. Also needs more watch face designs. Overall this app needs work and lets down good hardware.

Yeah so I don't trust this at all. Reading the privacy info they collect a ton of data and clearly state that they are going to sell it. But you can opt out of all that by doing a no account login, but when you do that they still require access to your photos and media content. WHY? Your app should have rights to create a file structure to store the data somewhere you don't need access to my photos and media unless you plan on doing something with it. Returning the watch and am very sad.

This is the worst and the most frustrating app ever! It is such a pain to connect to the watch! I have been trying for two days - rebooting phone, app, watch, charging them, closing everything, switching the Bluetooth, switching it off... It is not working! I guess I will have to wait until October when the time changes again for my "SMART watch" to show the time!

App doesn't see watch First time I was able to set everything up, but next day watch disconnected from the app and since that moment I am struggling. The app simply does not see that each at all. Tired to restart both and in different order. Tried to reinstall the app. The watch is lying 1 cm away from phone and app does not see it. When I go to Bluetooth devices, I can see the watch. So it seems like the Bluetooth is working. Not sure what to do with it

Getting what I paid for with this watch. I am having the same issues of it disconnecting all the time from my phone and not getting all my notifications. Then you cannot always read the notification fast enough before it disappears off the watch face. Why does this app KingFit need to have full access to All my personal data on my phone to be able to interface? Would think with all the technology out there now, these gadgets would be less invasive of your personal information.

the more fit watch only connects with the app. it can be seen by the phone under the Bluetooth menu but will not connect with that. The app does not talk to other apps like Google fit or Pokemon go as far as I can tell. there is no option to connect it to other apps. used it for less than 10 minutes, wasted money.

didn't expect it to work like a $300 smart watch, but after getting it connected i thought this isn't too bad, but it keeps disconnecting and the information in help is not useful for keeping it running in the background, therefore i don't get the proper notifications. i have a Moto G7 with the latest Android release, can someone help? I'm ready to send it back.

It's really nice while it's working and connected to your phone app. But after 10 minutes or so it loses connection, so you stop receiving notifications to your watch, I've just uninstalled the app, and about to download and try again. I have emailed kingfit for advice. Another review reads similar issue.

The app is pretty straight forward and easy to understand but my it disconnects frequently. Every time I close it the app on my phone or try to just run it in the background it disconnects from my phone. It's very frustrating because then I don't get my SMS and phone call notifications.

day 1 out of the box, quick and easy connection and set up. day 2 however, when trying to connect device to app, it gets stuck on the loading screen or the device doesnt show up at all. I tried everything except uninstall and reinstalling the app.

This device never stays connected to my phone, and only thing that works on it, 100% of the time, is my blood pressure and my heart rate. Other than that, I would never recommend this particular app to no one. I'm actively looking for another smart watch to see if there are better ones out there. I'll keep ya'll posted!!!

Unable to connect to phone. I've done everything suggested I it still won't connect. However. I have had an excellent and quick response from the seller and they have excellent customer service. worst app ever, keeps disconnecting and says cannot pair. If I could give ZERO stars I would POS!!!! fix this App if people are supposed to use it with the smart watch... COMMON SENSE... why is NO ONE TRYING to correct the issues.... sad that you have an App that does NOT function so product is sent back as a result. VERY VERY POOR

I love the watch the look is great but am slowly getting sick of having to connect it all the time. My fitbit versa was not working properly and thought l would give this a try as it is such a lovely design but really really disappointed and have only had it two days. Gill

Can't connect the watch to my Phone. The app doesn't find it, yet in Bluetooth screen it appears (but can't pair, it rejects). Wasted money, since not even the date/time is correctly set and nothing can be configured from the watch itself.

How does this work?? There is no synchronization between watch and phone. Watch worked well for time and pedometer, but couldn't get it to connect to phone, ever. Result, expensive pedometer and time keeper. As I can't save any info to show my day to day workouts to app on phone. Got it wet, turned off and didn't come back on for 2days. Now can't get the right time or date. Save your money don't purchase a bundle of frustration that you wear around your wrist

could only randomly connect the watch to the phone. the watch didn't function correctly, hr and blood pressure were totally incorrect. sleep function incorrect at times. all in all product was not ready for end user usages.

Unfortunately the watch does not pair through the app despite my phone detecting the watch via bluetooth. The watch looks nice, but it is unable to be used since the app does not work. I have restarted my phone, restarted the app and even reinstalled the app but it still will not work. I will be returning the watch.

Lovely watch and although I have all possible permissions, the watch never stays connected. Only when I have the app open on the screen is that the watch connects. I don't receive messages to the watch or any notifications. Seriously need you to work on this as it is sad to see such a bad app for this good watch. Thank you

Basic but it works. It could be a little better designed but it works fine, I honestly have to say all these reviews stating that they have trouble with device connection must be doing something wrong because there are two of these in the house and neither has problems.

Only finds the watch about 50% of the time. And of that 50% of the time, it'll only link to it 50% of the time. I have to keep restarting my phone. When it connects it's good. But constantly reconnecting or just not using the app.

This app is zero stars. i can't even connect it to my phone. i've tried all the options the booklet comes with and it never connects. makes the watch absolutely useless. I'm going to have to return it now because of this stupid app not working.

Doesn't report accurate bmp nor calories. Requires access to too much data such as camera, calls, contacts and more. If I could give zero, I would.
