Unable to long into the app. It stays stuck on the loading screen. I've been using this app for 3 years now. It's great for the park map but most of the wait times will only show up if you login. My daughter & I love this park, I hope this issue can be fixed!!
Would be great if ride wait times and information on what rides are closed was even remotely accurate. However, it is not. Currently standing in line at Twisted Timbers which shows a 0 minute wait on the app. I anticipate over 45 minutes on this wait. On top of that, another section of the app shows this ride is closed. This app is useless to anyone that is a season pass holder since everything (reservations, tickets, meal plans, etc) can be tied to your pass.
Let me cancel a reservation for passholders. Everytime I call I stay on hold and never get an answer. Wouldn't it be easier to let me cancel online? If I accidently pick just the park and not the water park, I can't change it without calling. That's annoying!
Easy to store my season pass info and use the map, but it won't let me create an account to sign and bugs me about it every time I open the app! Please fix the issue with not being able to create a login!!!
App does not respond. Requested to have password reset so that I could purchase season passes for 21 and all it did was idle, not sending anything to email. App states there's no connectivity, when my phone is directly connected to wi-fi 24 hrs a day. Very poor.
Great for storing your passes, not great for actual park expirence. Not a single ride wait time was even close to accurate. I do think app was updated somewhat frequently for all the ride closures ( and there were a lot of ride closures)
Doesn't show wait times and shows old rides/ride names (For example, Volcano is still listed). Twisted Timbers isn't even shown on the app. The only thing it's good for is showing how long it'll take to get to a ride from where you are. Very disappointed.
It is very helpful for the park you can get directions to your favorite or new roller coasters. But it is very important to know that wait times will only show when you are in the park P.S dev's I found a glitch that sends me to when the volcano was around it is working now but you might want to fix that.
Complete garbage. Due to endless loading screens and white screens I wasn't even able to buy a ticket. Uninstalled and picked another place to spend the weekend.
No information is better than false information. Ride times are not remotely close to reality today. Still shows rides that were dismantled last year! Volcano is gone! "Shows and Events" completely ignores their new corcus show.
With minimal effort and money this app could be greatly improved. The map is awful, the ride times are wrong by 2 times..awful
Some of the rides have changed there name but did not change on the app. Even Google maps has the right names.
The app is a nice companion in the park & to use ahead of time to plan your visit. My only issue has been that the season pass & tickets link is broken.
Review went down to 1 star. In addition to inaccurate wait times resteraunts you walk across the park to turns out are closed. No indications in the app that the restaurant is closed.
They are opening 2 hrs later & closing 2 hrs earlier than they used to due to "covid" & is an inconvenience for the money I spent & didnt have time to do much as we go there at 11:30am. Paid tickets to get in plus spent $100 on horrible food service for 4 people at the Jukebox place. That's is insane!
Wont allow me to join. Keep getting the same error from 1st attempt until now. Even with uninstall/reinstall. Says "Too many follow-up requests: 21"
the funpix isn't working correctly. it won't show the pics when you click one... need to really fix your app
the rice wait times does not work!!!! please fox this. all it tells you is the height and thrill level, but the button says ride wait times bad design and engineering
It never works right it never holds my season passes and I'm constantly fighting with the app not even worth my time I'll just keep the hard copies
love it. I have my pass downloaded on it so incase I lost my pass I can use this. But I don't know how to check the ride wait times I click it and no option.
Saves us so much time and money.
If I have to make reservations either make it to where I can just select my season passes or at least copy the pass numbers.
Terrible. Multiple attempts to download and use. Wont let me create an account. Just terrible.
App is not letting us add in our valid season passes. Worthless to me without this feature working.
The app closes every time I try to look at the passes. Not very helpful.
Mostly used it for the park map and directions and it worked great for that!
All the line times were inaccurate. Completely useless app.
Out of date (some rides and restaurants have been renamed and the app does not reflect this), not accurate (does not show which rides & restaurants are open, let alone accurate wait times), hard to use (requires you to create an account and give them your email address for any functionality). If you happen to luck out and choose something that matches, it gives decent walking directions.
