This is a good app, but it has a lot bugs, the most being the fact that my Bluetooth earbuds can't access the audio play, as it only uses the phone speakers, this is my major issue because I wouldn't like to disturb others with my meeting. Plus overall, it closes unexpectedly and disconnects easily, and I also think more attention should be payed on the UI as it's not friendly Enough. Thank you

The app needs some improvement, when a participant enters the meeting its always destructive. Please make entering meeting on mute a default setting. Its an app with potential, but a lot has to be done to improve user experience. And the "beep" when someone enters the meeting is not necessary, it contributes to the destructive. Hope this feedback can be taken into consideration asap as this app is very necessary for the times we are living in. Thank you

The app has been doing well with me , ve got no issues wit it but all of a sudden it just wouldn't synchronized anymore, I tried to uninstall nd re download but still not opening.. kindly look into dis as soon as possible.

I've been experiencing serious issues with this app, I've not been able to join meetings, even if I manage to join I don't have audio. Lately it's been redirecting me to my browser and it won't still open. Kindly help

Greetings. Please, I would like something to be done for bluetooth earpiece connection option. The problem is that, I can't join church meeting while workinh with bluetooth earpiece. The sound keep coming out through the phone. Thanks for the good work.

The app is so excellent thank you. However I suggest the basic package could be raised to more members like 40 or better still could give it time limits like how zoom does. In such a way, it will give the saints no choice of taking zoom. For example in our local cell meeting we are more than 10 and there are millions of cells like this around the world. The reason is in this part of the world, not many are aware of paying for a service online and would likely go for an open access option. Thx.

The App is easy to use however when you upgrade to pro I'm having to pay everyday instead of it being billed monthly. If this can be fixed with an option for monthly billing it would be great as it's not very convenient to be paying everyday. Thank you

This would have been a recommendable App, but it can only take 10 participants, effort to upgrade to Pro to allow for 100 participants is not obtainable, it kept rejecting my debt cards details,I tried different debit card, it's all the same default message, their support system is very poor, the only means to contact the host is email, you send email, you don't get reply, You guys should work on this, I have to stop using the App, because,I can't upgrade to allow for more than 10 participants.

Good morning dear Admin, first I have to say thank for this wonderful application. It's serving a great purpose at this time. Please, take note on the areas that need urgent update and rectifying certain error or crashing. Such as when you are using this app and migrate to another like ROR app and stay for 5mins on ROR app, when you return to this KC App, it would have been crashed. Please this need to be fixed. And can background songs be chosen by the Host. Thank you very much.

Great app for conferencing but the mic function for some iphone users is currently not working properly. They can hear everything in the meeting but when its time for them to speak, we're unable to hear them. Im not sure if its just my meeting room but its been going on for a few weeks now. Can anyone on the team please assist?

Like the app but I don't like the fact that for me to use it on a device the device MUST have kingchat.I use various devices and for space issues or other reasons I can't download both apps on all.Please adjust that requirement , I think as long as you verify that someone has a kingschat account you should allow them to attend online meetings in any device with kingsconference.

Severe incompatibilities with many phones including iphones and pixel. Links are also not working. Inconvenience in having to download chat to gain access to conference. Constant looping when using the joining conference option in kingschat app.

When people joins the meeting there is loud noise that notifies that someone has joins the meeting. It's so irritating and you can miss some information being shared. Can people join in silent or do I turn that off? The links we receive are not working on the app, I have to use my laptop to connect on web. Even on the phone browser it's not working.

I can't login into this app. I keep getting an error message about my internet connection which is laughable because my internet connection is 100% and works just fine. It started with me not hearing anything in a conference meeting for two weeks, then I uninstalled and reinstalled it back. Now I can't log back in. Please fix this

Not enjoying this at all now. App working perfectly before on another device; but since I changed to the present phone (Nokia 5.3), I've not been getting audio during meetings even though I get the billing sound when someone joins or leaves the meeting. Pls, help. Thanks

I have downloaded this app and did 1 month free trial on pro account. After that, I have been debited for 3 consecutive months without using the app. I am now experiencing difficulties in unsubscribing my account. Kindly rectify.

Category A utility app, however kindly fix Bluetooth earplug connectivity issues, once permission is given to the app to use device audio it disconnects from Bluetooth to phone speaker. Also give more attention to Ui and functionalities.

As a pro user, my experience has been good until lately. In the morning the app just keeps rolling and doesn't allow me into my conference room. I'm able to join other conference rooms except mine. Kindly look into this urgently. Thank you

Good and easy way for group meeting. Pls I will love if the sound could be adjusted it's not very clear. But in all it's a good app

It's a good app, but I have been having issues recently where the app keeps initializing and no one can hear the others. This is even shocking as a pro_user

This is a beautiful app for online meetings but we subscribed to the pro version, we have been debited but more people have been able to join, only ten people

Lovely application and I like it especially when it comes to communication like church stuff like meeting and prayers it helps a lot

It doesn't work on my iPhone. Also when you have more than 10 people subscribe the audio is muted. I'm not sure of the pro version, but I can't afford $19 a month....it's too expensive

I love the app ! But the is more the team can do to improve it! It's very difficult to ear each others when we are in conference

Excellent video app. Very versatile. Look forward to the team adding share screen option to the app for users.

For more than a week, tried all the options to upgrade, but it's not working. I can't connect my 9pay account, also tried my cards, still not working.

Very good but when I paid $20 for the PRO experience for me to allow up to 100 people in my conference room it didn't reflect... And am using it for strategic meetings of more than 10people... Please kindly help me with this.. Thank you

The app is great, we use the paid version but we often get some irritating noise during our conferences. How may we resolve that issue

When you are on the conference call you can't go back to the Kingschart App, say you want to check a prayer point that was sent on the group, it takes u straight to the group call not the main app, this app needs some fixing
