This app was perfect till early 2020 when you did some upgrade. Since then, under Transport, for menu items Bus Tracker & Bus Timetable, the letters became so faint that it is difficult to read them, especially when you are outside on a sunny day. Only the said 2 menu items have this problem, others are okay. These 2 were also fine till your upgrade. I had complained about this last year and you had replied that you will look into this during the next upgrade but you did nothing!
Crashes constantly and timetable takes too long to load. Very disappointing as this is the main function of the App and was useful. Without it renders the App pointless. Needs to be updated as soon as possible without the bugs.
Hello. Inwas asked for a user name and password. Whichever name and password I use, I'm being told incorrect user or password therefore I should try again. Is there anything you can do to help. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to schooling with your institution soon and will therefore rate 5 stars
The app often crashes on opening first time.
Consistently crashes, having to reinstall at least once a week. When it works it's very useful
Currently broken on One UI 4. It is a good app when it works and it gives you all the information that you need but depending on your OS, you will have to rely on the web app instead.
Haven't been able to use the app since last year as it keeps crushing as soon as I try to open it up. Can you please fix it!

KU app does not show the ID card in my mobile. It's opening in the web version though. Where's the issue?
App used to be good. With latest update it broke, doesn't open anymore and crashes straight away
It can't provide a uniform experience. You are asked to install other apps too, in order to get along.
UPDATE ASAP!!! Keeps crashing before I can even use it.

Old timetable was much better, new one takes too long to load and go from 1 week to the other and sometimes just keeps loading forever. Old timetable would stay saved and you could check it offline, new one bugs out different. Thought this app couldn't get worse but it did, now you you have to refresh every time you open it and want to see your timetable, before it would stay saved. Please bring old one back.
