I like the app a lot! It has a clean user interface and it's very easy to navigate. I would only wish for the app developers to add the ability to modify and add/delete items from the wishlist. Thanks a lot Kinguin!
Failed big times. Installed the app to maybe get some better prices on my games in cart, as this is the only thing I find shopping apps useful for. Yeah.. Got new prices like +20% and now on the website it went up too...... So I guess I am not buying it anymore. GG KINGUIN. Ohh yeah, also the listed game has a waaayyyy better product listing on your homepage. The app shows like nothing. This combined with promo mail, were the other game was sold around 20 min after I got the mail... GG AGAIN
Scammers! After reading good reviews I thought this company was legit. After using my chip credit card, which cleared. They tell me I need to send them a picture of my credit card, which violates the security of the card that is designed where a fraudulent company can't keep your card number. So I told them no. I had to wait 3 days to get my money back. Then I contacted them to close my account. It's been weeks and the account is still open. DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
First things first, I really love Kinguin since I can get my games way cheaper, but that's only via the site. When I try to order via the app I have to login. Makes sense you'd suppose, however the thing is, you just can't login. It keeps giving error messages. Please fix this
Can't buy games with my account as I can't log in and no wishlist available. Which, you know, are the two main reasons for using this app. At least the UI is pretty and you can still check prices (but can't check games info) Basically just to buy games on the go
I think the app is wonderful but there is some adress billing issues, I tried putting in my adress when I tapped on the check mark to save, it says Internal server error, data could not save.
I've been scammed and Kinguin won't respond. The order number is #S1I10E4C695 and the ticket number is #OVJ-67679. If this issue isn't resolved by the time my bank processes this payment I will be issuing a chargeback. Also the app won't even let me login to my account, have to use my browser. Ridiculous
Average experience. The wishlist is nowhere to be found and the navigation is not the greatest. I rather stick to the web.
Have bought a decent amount of steam games on here. Always almost instantly got an email with the steam gift or game key. Saves a lot of money, and I don't have have to pay my state's 7% sales tax as I do with steam.
Good luck actually getting issues resolved! Once again I was issued a key that has already been used. Open a ticket, get a responses, and then they dissappear & the issue is still not resolved.
Literally saved me HUNDREDS of pounds!!! I categorically LOVE Kinguin and recommend it to every gamer i know. If you are not supwr rich but want to play the newest and best games and pay reasonable and sometimes even insanely cheap prices (.99) for a list games then trust me!! Get on Kinguin, their customer service is also EXCELLENT! It's a total no brainer!!
It's a nice app that has helped me many times. However, extra taxes aren't shown from the beginning of the purchase and that gets on my nerves sometimes. But that's all. Otherwise it's great!
Bought a KEY, it's already used so I'm trying live chat for 3 day now and it's not working. Also opened two tickets, one in the application the other on the site. No answer, and I did buy protection. Got a response on my ticket, but last time I checked live chat was still not working.
Tried atleast 10 times, app doesn't allow to login. When pressed login it takes to the website. Once loggin there successfully and pressed "Return to App" then app says "Error" useless. Using Note 10+
Great app for scrolling through intense Steam deals. I've found some gems here for less than $5. Some less than a buck. Mostly PC games have the best deals. Awesome site.
It's a random steam key so why would it take almost 3 hours now for it to be given to me? Still processing yeah I'll pass. Don't trust these YouTube channels that says this site is great it's horrible and slow
Highly not recommended Ive been a loyal customer and for once I needed help my ticket issue had no response for 5 days now I cant believe. I got a key that was invalid to use. Amd noone is responding to me and they expect to speal with a bot. To fix my issue. If there was a way to share screenshot here I would. Where is no a single response. For do you say you will get back to custtomer within 24hrs .Order no S1I4249C1ED. Assist me now and I will change my feedback and rating.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My Windows 10 Pro key does not work. I reinstalled a fresh version of Windows and it will not accept the key. There is no option to activate by phone as is stated in the instructions. There is no customer service, only a computer to chat with that does not understand the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
This service is dishonest and misleading. They sell "buyer protection" but it is a scam. There is no 100% money back guarantee for 30 days. Once you use a key they will not refund you. Do not pay for thr buyer protection.
App used to work great. Now constant server issues. Now app just takes your money and doesn't load your library of purchases. What did you do kinguin? Straight garbage.
Can't sign in, absolutely useless. Have issues with the mobile site too. Only solution is to use a computer. Not really good enough
DO NOT buy anything from this? got a game and installed and then it was asking me for the email and password of the original user and couldn't get it to work. then the support for the site/app is useless
App works fine and the page is amazing, never had a problem buying keys, just make sure to buy the correct region for you
I bought a steam key for just cause 2 from ready2play on kinguin but the code was already used and even though I did purchase the buyer protection with the key I didn't get a refund. Worst customer service ever😡😡😡😡
Tried multiple times and the app says 'unable to login' tried via web interface and can login. @kinguin. Please fix your app.
I dislike the new interface a lot. I can't find the games I used to love - it now only wants to show you the best sellers and now it's far more difficult to select other sellers. Now I only want to use your competitor instead. Please revert back to to old interface or fix the new one!
