I wish you would have a spell check or edit spelling only button so we can correct type-o also some of us work at night & get booted out quite frequently, especially when you're trying to get the Oasis done in less than 24 hours, which gives the dicipline added bonus if work is submitted on time Many times Kinnsers shutdown,.which can make it unfair to the disciplines whose trying to get work done in a timely manner. Correct these two issues I'd give 5stars otherwise it's a 3
Have 6 patients data to upload and the app will not connect with the main server. Called tech support and they have not fixed the problem. Looks like manual entry after the fact now. Will be a long night!
Whoever develops this app needs to go back to App Dev 101. Login is completely broken. App says it needs an update but their is no update in the play store. I'm running the latest version. If your the Dev for this app fix your busted App or if your the company that outsourced Dev find a new developer.
it is the worst program I have ever used. you made kinnser awful to work with can't open any skill notes in the field.
Awful, doesn't connect with chome
This app is about useless if you're performing a non OASIS eval or a home visit in a therapy field to perform any documentation.
Doesn't work. Keep telling to contact administrator
I tried installing and reinstalling it multiple times. It kept saying server was not available, try again later, or please contact your admin... if this is supposed to be more helpful, then why is this being so difficult?
DO NOT INSTALL Instead go to your browser and find kinnser login and access from there for your devices. So much easier and you will not have any problems. Make it a book mark and you will get to the application much quicker and then use with ease. ENJOY!
Tried 4 times with separate usernames. Nothing worked!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is completely useless. Despite updates last year that were supposed to include PT functionality this app has never worked for me. I wasted hours of valuable time on the phone with a "tech support" team that knows absolutely nothing. Don't bother downloading this.
