The app was working smoothly but after the update it doesn't even login at all. An icon says your phone doesn't have an internet connection, I've checked many times all other apps run smoothly under that net connection except it . fix this or tell me what do i do?

The interface is surprisingly good but The server is very slow. Can i make a suggestion? You should add a download option inside the app. Like the download button present in most of the YouTube videos. And also add a skip to 10 seconds forward button. That will be very helpful. And please change your biology and physics teachers. Their teaching methods are just terrible. I didn't understand a thing. The chemistry teacher is absolutely great. The way he teaches is just magnificent 😍

Many lectures are missing. The app is also very lagging it pushes us back to the sign in tab without any reason. There are also some wrong answers in the test (with respect to what the teacher taught us). To sum it up it has many bugs but the lectures are great (the ones which aren't missing of course). I hope they fix these bugs to ensure the users better quality

The leaderboard does not work. There are no features available to us while watching videos: the screen does not rotate, lectures do not move forward when double clicked on the right side of screen, most of the lectures are slow and time consuming, we can not speed up the video as in youtube. These features must be included and leaderboard should be fixed

This is best for preparing entrance test. The video lectures are really knowledgeable and the way teachers teach is really good 👍 I am really satisfied with the service you provide. Almost all the issues are solved but there is still one problem which I have it's that your app uses a lot of MBs.

It's a realm of knowledge and learning. I love the animated lectures and 24/7 assistance of some of the best teachers in the country. However, the app does habe some technical glitches, and frequent breakdowns either in terms of updating the app or uploading stuff. If resolved it is one of the perfect online learning apps!

1- The server is just awful. The response time can take from 10 to 20 seconds. MOSTLY SERVER DOESN'T RESPOND. 2- The mobile application itself is laggy and has outdated user interface. 3- There is no option of listening to lectures at 1.5X or 2X on the application, however this option is available on laptop. There is no double tap to skip 10 seconds option.SMH. 4- The response from teachers is limited to mere texts. 5- Other institutes charge way less money and provide way better service.

The lectures are very good and informative. Also the teachers explain most of the things well but they also leave some points making us difficult to understand. The video lectures are very slow even though my net connection is very good. Waste alot of time. A lecture of 20 minutes takes a complete hour to load. Please improve the speed of the videos so that we can acheive more in short time and our time may not be wasted.

in this pandemic, this kind of initiative by kips is really appreciable. as we know there are faults in everything on this earth, nothing is perfect, so is the case here, the video and audio quality is very good, lectures are quite informative , but the only problem is with the time managment and no. of lectures . too much lectures are uploaded for one day, so i find no time for my self study, typing problem in teacher support also needs attention.hope you fix these problems .

I am really satisfied with this app, its working properly for me there is no issue except that..... it takes a lot of time for the video to be continued from a specific time if once you pressed your back or home button😑 otherwise its a good app. Atleast the teachers tried their best to provide us really good lectures and I really appreciate their efforts.

Font color is not visible and is in dark colors. No offline learning system is available. Administration must make necessary amendments to facilitate the students as this platform is provided to remove barrier not to add few more.

It's a great app actually, the only problem is it's unavailable offline and I can't download the the lec or take screenshots so it's pretty useless for me.

I am giving it 2 stars because your teaching staff is not good. The teacher support option doesnt work. It gets stuck at loading. The teaching staff is absolutely terrible and their teaching method is in this way that i dont underatand a thing. Only one teacher is good (English). He knows what he is doing and teaches in a great way. I am in the june session and there is a glitch with the leaderboard that students of May session are also shown.

Its a good app. I found it very helpful despite that there are also some major issues such as we cannot capture screenshots, we cannot skip any part of the video lecture. And also test discussions are not available yet. However, it plays vital role in entry test preparation. Regards, Ayesha Ali

Respected All First of all i would appreciate the efforts of management and Teacher who are doing best to facilitate all students moreover There are some things that needs to improve which help to facilitate more effectively 1- Lectures in the videos are not given in detail and the lectures are incomplete. Sometimes I can't understand the lecture. 2- Different special words relevant to subjects needs to be translated. 3-Test paper size not appropriate with Mobile screen size. Thanks

Lms is not working properly. It's impossible to attempt quizzes. Whenever I open it blank screen appears!!

The app should be available to all students some of them can't afford to study at kips but you made the just for your students truly disappointed.

I wanna say that it's just so helpful and amazing for us. Online learning that KS is providing is excellent. The teachers and everyone working would probably have to do a great hardwork. Three cheers for their hardwork. They have succeeded in achieving excellence in providing online education to students. But still some areas are lacking.

I am giving two stars because videos do not play smoothly. It is not a problem with internet connection. Actually it is a problem with app. Perhaps size compression of videos has not been performed. It wastes too much time of us. Hope you will resolve it soon.

The videos are very slow and there is no option of adjusting the quality of the video. There is no problem of network connection but the video itself run very slow and stops again and again. I have not a good experience with this app.🔴

It's too much time consuming app.....it can be said just wastage of time no doubt lectures are very good , informative n interesting but in order to have one lecture 2 or three hours are required so I can say it wastes alot of time ..... All other apps run very smoothly with the same internet but this always remains affected why??? Plzzz solve this problem as soon as possible......Be fair honest n sincere with your students...plzzzz

Lag and Rotation bug; I dont know why But whenever i watch a lecture The vedio keeps stopping And loeading .. if i open youtube The vedios are smooth.. The problem Is with the app It consumes much internet Than Yt ... To watch a lecture of 20 mins It takes an hour to watch a whole Vedio .. kindly fix this .the other problem is with rotaion of screen. the auto rotation is very annoying whenever i lean to a side The vedio rotates. kinly add a feature so we can rotate the screen manually not by AI

App is not working for older versions of Android. Internet connectivity issues. Continuously failing to connect internet while WiFi and Data both available . Kindly fix the issue as student are unable to access it on older android versions. SAMSUNG GLAXY j10. Android 4.4.4 . Kindly make it Accessable for lower Android version.

Except for the few problems on the first day, it has been working really great. Lectures , tests, and it's other such features are really good. Leaderboard adds a sense of competition. It's really good. Although the lectures are good, but there's no diversity in methods and this app needs more content.

It's good but the teacher support is kind of useless . First of all the question I asked was not answered on the spot so I went back and watched some videos and when I came back to teacher support my question was gone and there was no answer. It happened three times. So I hope u fix that. Also I cannot see what I'm typing in teacher support. The mcq tests are good but there is a problem in the typo which makes it difficult to understand the question. Otherwise everything is very fine.

Kindly fix the app properly. We haven't paid such huge amount of money for this pathetic performance of this app. It's really slow and takes a lot of time to play a really small video ,and now it's showing server error . Kindly sir fix all problems,all teachers are great but this app is spoiling everything.

It is a good app indeed but there is some issue with chemistry of Book I of 19th May session because there are no more lectures , practice tests and unit wise tests available. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible. Also the unit wise test of physics unit 12 and 13 is not available. Hope that this problem will be resolved soon.

the app always show server error we cannot change the speed of the video lectures are so long and time consuming more over leaderboard issue is still unsolved we cant even take screen shot of the lectures even i have good internet the app keeps lagging wasted money on kips altough teachers are good and giving their best but the only problem is with the app pls add these features ; speed option 10 sec skip option screen shot option and plz conduct a live session once a week
