I really like all of Kira's workouts. There are enough to choose from. Anywhere from 4 minute legs, 12 minute arms to 60 minutes full body. However, the app freezes during almost every session. I tried using the offline option and it still does it. I have a Samsung 7. I'm sticking with it hoping they fix the problem!
I have APT (anterior pelvic tilt) which has made all core extremely important and also extremely hard for me. I have never found an online training program that ACTUALLY understands how the core correctly works and is strengthened, and incorrect core exercises have exacerbated my APT for years. Kira is the only trainer/trainer app that truly understands that all work is core work if done right. My APT has improved just from watching and emulating her form, in addition to her constant reminders.
only two full workouts available. Glitchy app, ate my phone battery and crashed constantly . Couldn't make it more than 3 minutes through any video before the app would crash on my Samsung, rendering it useless. As such, had to cancel.
haven't tried it yet and a bit worried that it won't work on my Samsung but for all those who says they can't register... you can register on their site and then log in here... not the most convenient but not that big of a deal in my opinion. excited to try!
I was excited to download this app, i follow her on instagram. However, there is no way to sign up. The only screen is a log in screen, there is no way to create an account. The help support only tells you that you need an on demand account but doesn't tell you how to get that either. Very disappointed!
I just downloaded the app but there is no place to register. The main page says "Welcome" and there is a spot to enter your email (which I did, only to receive an error). Hoping this is resolved asap...thanks!
I think the issue with several is that you need to go to her website to subscribe first, then you can log in to the app. In other words, there is a recurring fee to register and use her workouts through this means.
Great workouts ruined because it keeps freezing and crashing on Samsung tablet. Please fix. Will have to cancel subscription if it is unusable.
I was excited about this app as I follow her on instagram. I even DM her but did not get an answer. ..she posted a su scribe using it UT must be a friend as I have experienced the same problem as all other reviews. you can sign in or does no accept any email cause there is no way to register. ..interesting nobody has replied to the reviews
Currently, the app doesn't have a button for you to register so pretty useless at the moment. Hopefully this will be fixed pretty sharpish and then I can change the review ❤️

Great workouts, but freezes and crashes frequently. I think it crashed my laptop.
I was so excited to use, but there is no way to register! All I get is an error message. No way to bypass it to see the workouts.
can't use with out logging in and there is nowhere to register/create an account. very disappointing

This app is a little bit glitchy for Android users, but overall this is a great app for an excellent workout. I love that you can choose what area you want to target and there are a variety of time lengths. Even if you are doing a 6 minute tricep workout, it is an intense and beneficial 6 minutes! I love Kira's creativity, it makes working out engaging and dynamic. I reccomend this to anyone who wants to get back into working out without a gym membership! You don't need fancy equipment.
