Kirkland's Spin to Win

fix the app for the new phones or find a way to offer it to customers in store. it's very frustrating I've been a repeat customer for years ofsuddenly with the latest version of software on the new Galaxy Samsung phones it crashes the minute you open it. I see everyone is reporting same issue but no one is getting an update for this app. it's frustrating missing out oncoupons that I know we're out there available when I'm shopping at the store.

This app no longer works with my new Samsung S10 and crashes immediately. The store employees seem to know nothing each time I ask. This problem has been going on for months now and is very frustrating. I used to love this app and would stop in the store specifically to use the spin to win coupon which I now no longer do. Very disappointed.

This app worked with my old phone and now it keeps crashing. Yes, I have a Samsung as well as everyone else commenting. I hope they fix this issue soon or I wont be shopping there. It is over an hour drive to the nearest one so it's not worth going without the decent coupons you can get with this app. Please fix the problem!

I never had an issue with the app until recently. The app constantly crashes before I can spin the wheel to retrieve the discount. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app numerous times but to no avail, it still isn't working. I guess I want do much shopping in Kirkland's without a discount. Sorry but not sorry!

I love kirklands!! This is just for the app itself. I have a samsung galaxy s9 plus. I recently updated it and now the spin to win app crashes when i open it. I usually hit up kirklands once a week only because of the coupons I received through the spin to win. Please, software developers fix our issues so i can go shopping!!!!

I have used this app for years up until recently when I purchased the Galaxy S10 and downloaded the app to my new phone. Now the app crashes every time I attempt to open it. However, the app still works perfectly fine on a friend's iPhone XR. Apparently several people are having this same problem with no solution in sight.

The app is awful. It is suddenly not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy, as it crashes every time I try to open the app. However, it has always worked on my phone, until recently. Very frustrating. Guess I will save money by not shopping at Kirkland's!

No longer works for Samsung Galaxy, although it used to work just fine. Now it just crashes immediately upon opening. Store is clueless and will not do anything, nor is there any response to repeated complaints from several users. The only phone it seems to work on is Apple. How is that possibly fair? Either have an app accessible to all of your customers or don't have an app at all.

Unfortunately, my app hasn't worked in probably close to a year. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it won't open. It seems I'm not alone in this either. It was great when it worked though because you always had a chance to spin and get a great coupon.

I used to use this app all the time and now all of a sudden it crashes soon as I open it up. I need a mirror, a plant table and some wall pictures but I can pay full price anywhere. I'm not shopping at Kirkland's without my coupons. 😑

I previously had a galaxy 6 phone and the app worked fine. I recently upgraded to galaxy 10 and the app won't even open. the cashier said they've been having this problem a lot lately, which is disappointing because I shop there a lot (mostly due to the savings from this app). please fix the problem

Been using this app for years. Now it just crashes every time I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. This app was one of the only reasons I would shop Kirkland's. Guess I will start going somewhere else to get deals! Very disappointed!

I wish i could give zero stars. I got a new phone and now it wont even open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it just crashes the second it opens. I am so bummed, I've been using this app for years with no problems.

I used to use this app all the time with no issues. Now it keeps crashing. I asked the salesperson and she said others were able to use it so try uninstalling and reinstalling. I did this twice but no luck. I am missing discounts because of this. Please fix!

the newest version of android 9 (Pie) just crashed this app over and over cant even use. reinstalled many times hoping it would fix it management didnt seem to care when I asked about it. saying that everyone elses app is working just fine.

As a lot of people have been saying Application won't even open. It is very frustrating, even as a Kirklands employee, I can't assist a customer when they ask if there are any coupons available, this was always my go to. Especially for customers who don't have smart phones or a computer to receive the store coupons. For all those who are making comments about the employees not able to assist in this & we have no other discounts to offer in it's place I sincerely apologize. We are in the dark too

Spin to Win app is not working! I have been uninstalling and reinstalling on and off over the last several months with no luck! i have emailed inquiring if there was a bug or a solution with no response.

I've had this app for 1 yr now then all of sudden doesn't work. Says has to be connected to internet. Which it is. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times on various networks and still doesn't work. Will not be shopping at Kirkland's until app works.

I used this app at least twice a month and now I cant keep the app from crashing. I have uninstalled the app and restarted my phone several times. Nothing works i wont be back to shop without this app. Also, employees offer absolutely no help in assisting to fix this problem or discount even after showing the app will not work.

I am no longer able to use this app. when I had the Galaxy S7 it worked GREAT, but with my Galaxy S10 it DOESN'T work at all. I've uninstalled and installed twice. Stopped in at my Kirklands and was told it has to do with the app not updating to the S10. Need this to be fixed.

While this app has good coupons for in-store purchases, it has been crashing for months. Every time you open the app it crashes. There doesn't seem to be anyone interested in fixing the issue either.

I have had this app for years, even worked for them. App was fine until January, suddenly sropped working, tells me I need to be connected to Internet (I am). I delete and put it back in get nothing.

no one seems to care. I reported that this app would not open for me when I first installed it. never got a response. looks like the app hasn't been updated in 4 years, so probably not designed to work with newer phones. I love shopping at Kirklands, but I'm uninstalling this app as it is useless for me.
