The Choice app enables you to control and personalize your hearing experience – intuitive and discretely.
It is the first hearing aid app with a direct connection between your Kirkland Signature 6.0 hearing aids and your Android mobile device.
Use the Choice app to:

Costco should be ashamed of this app. It was never great, but the update made it much worse. First, it can't stream audio without the addition of another device. Yes, I understand why, but they need to find a way around it. Second, if I leave the app up when I go to bed, the phone is hot as it constantly tries to reconnect with my hearing aids. I'm now trying to remember to restart my phone before bed. It isn't hard to change the algorithm if it can't connect. Trying all night, when the phone is asleep is stupid. Third, it doesn't support any new android phones, and even among older phones, it doesn't support very many. Why go through an update, and not update the most important part? Just about everyone else manages to support almost all android phones. They really need to do a better job if they are going to put the Kirkland name on it.
App took many attempts at paring device. I had my headset plugged in while paring that seemed to work. Only able to make adjustments in app. No streaming of phone call audio, music. Hearing aids ks version 6.0. Devs please, fix the lingering issues.
Tried a year ago with my Galaxy S7, wouldn't pair so I uninstalled. Tried again with new update today. My bluetooth settings shows hearing aids paired, but app doesn't. So can't get out of demo mode. Guess I'll uninstall again.
sent email to developer addressing the problems once you connect the hearing aids to the application you can't get out without going into demo once in demo you cannot do anything so you're locked in to being unable to make changes recommended rolling back to a previous version
doesn't work, total POS. it automatically replaced the old app,now doesn't connect at all. I would rate it lower if possible.
App keeps closing. Have to uninstall and reinstall which is a total pain, especially since it worked fine before the so called bug fixes.🤬
This use to be a great app. No longer the case. Every morning it cang find my aids. Takes me ages to get it sorted. Then the app loses my aids when using them. Changes my settings. Its terrible.

took about half an hour of trying to pair with hearing aids, when it finally did, app informed me I could only use the app in demo mode.
Will not pair with Galaxy s7. It was working fine until today. Now my hearing aids are unusable. Please fix now

Love my app ,works great with my Samsung Galaxy note 10+, just wish I could use with the phone.ie answer and talk to my phone.
Horrible. Will not stay paired to my cell. Extremely frustrating. Not worth the effort.

can't connect my left H aid to new app. Cust Svc was excellent, all set now. Had to clear cache. This app is a huge improvement
This app is only a minor convenience when you want to adjust sound levels that have been pre-set to optimal by the audiologist. The biggest shortcoming is its incompatibility with streaming for Android without purchasing additional hardware. Either Google or Costco need to work out the details to provide this feature as switching to an iPhone is an unacceptable solution.
Was unpleasantly surprised by the update when I tried to adjust the volume during a meeting and could not accomplish it. Ended up deleting the app twice after trying several things to make it work. Downloaded a 3rd time and got the correct program for my hearing aids, not a more sophisticated hearing aid which was what I had received the 1st 2 times. The biggest change as far as I can tell is that Bluetooth must always be on for them to work. I don't think this was the case before the update.
