horrible. won't work without phone clip + absolutely a worthless app. what the hell happened to the old one it worked. one star is overly generous. need a minus 10
app use to work for phone calls now only works for audio. the email for developer of this app is a non working address. won't go this route next time
Totally ruined a good app, it now requires a phone clip to adjust volume which cannot be done on the hearing aid. Cannot believe COSTCO would treat their customers this way.
Worked a week then wouldn't connect need to be able to use apps on Alcatel phones choice app was the best but it no longer works either
They claimed it work with Android but it doesn't after upgrading worse Costco product
Worthless. Requires the Phone Clip +. What happened to the original version?
I previously gave this app a terrible review. But then I called Costco and they had me download an app called myphonak, and it works perfectly.
They are great ear phones. Makes hearing easy including control of phone calls and voice apps on the phones
Won't connect will out phone clip which is not need with newer hearing aids
Limited? Gps find, very limited! No TV, BLUETOOTH OR PHONE? BUT ITS FREE AND NO NECK MEDALLION TO RECIEVE TRANSMITTER @ $$$ ? THEN A HARD WIRE CONNECTION TO TRANSMITER $$$? BUT IT'S NICE FREE & BACKWARDS COMPATABLE FOR A OLD PHONE NOT THE LATEST, UNTIL?
Doesn't sync with bluetooth on Android phone
Its doesnt work with my note 10 plus garbarge
Terrible need phone clip so this app totally worthless
Doesn't work without added expensive device.
Worthless waste of time....
Will not link
Decline in functions with my new Note 9. Like every one else, only frustration is that I have to have the Phone Clip.
Like most everyone else. Won't work on my Galaxy S8+. I guess I'll see if the old app on my S6 still functions. This isn't like Costco to tolerate something like this.
Kirkland needs to add their choice app to Samsung s8 this is crazy 1 year old hearing aid now not supported!!!
Does not work with Android. Don't waste your time with this app or Costco hearing aids.
Please just make this app function for Android phones ! Especially LG ! Shame on you Kirkland ! For making non apple users buy extra device they don't need !
I hate my Hearing aids and this app may be why.
It does not work with Galaxy Note 8. Why??
If there was a way to do negative stars, I would. The app does nothing, literally. In order for the app to work, you have to purchase a $250 Bluetooth device for it to work. Then, the app does nothing more than the Bluetooth device. The app will let you raise/lower volume and change between 3 preset programs. All easily done with a click of a button on the Bluetooth device. A waste of memory space on my phone.
Like all others that have complained, I too join the list. The Re-Sound Smart app works with the I-phone on the Kirkland hearing aids, no phone clip needed. I was overjoyed when I saw the Re-sound Smart app recently applicable to my android, and showed it to my Costco Hearing Aid guy today," Oh no" he says, Kirkland wants you to use their app. Oh really, he did not mention a thing about buying a phone clip. This it totally wrong, I think the guys at Consumer Reports would be interested in this scenario. Just tried the e-mail below and it does not work, wonder why!
Choice a better ap, more features and more stable than Navigator. Plus Navigator induces a lot of noise and static into my hearing aids. I will be getting rid of this one. GS5.
A 5 year old child could design a better application. This app does nothing. Shame on you for launching an application like this.
Doesn't do what's promised, loses sync, terrible phone clip required. Any first year programmer could do better.
Will not work without purchasing phone clip. Not happy with app.
Had to reinstall this app on a new phone. Found out that they changed so I also have to have phone lip, or whatever it's called. So you took away a function and now expect me to pay extra to get it back. I find that so maddening. I need to replace my hearing aids. It won't be a Kirkland.
