Kirtland FCU Mobile Banking

not a bad app. could use some visual improvements and more details on what you can do for your accounts. One really annoying feature is when you take a picture to deposit a check, wether you have headphones in or you have your media sound off or silent, it still makes a loud clicking sounds when it takes your picture. if I'm doing this in a public place it can be embarrassing.

Easy to pay bills and get a quick snapshot of what has paid and what is going to pay. Finger print sign in on this new fangled phone gets into the account quickly and securely. Does not replace seeing your account on a full size computer screen but nice addition to customer service. I do not always have access to a computer, but this dang phone is pretty much always near by.

I really like this app....when it works. I have deleted and redownload it twice so far. It seems to gets glitchy when I move it to my SD card. You log in then it says logged out because of inactivity. I try again and it freezes. Then a box pops up with selections said shut down app or send report. I've tried to make a report it just kicks me off.

This app was installed to help me when i can get to the bank, but its been difficult to use one feature, check deposit is horrendous. The image is already hard to capture then the camera second guesses you, and you don't know you can override the camera as that isn't a clear option.

Ok and Usable, But... cannot use to fully understand and manage to a must level, i.e., need to be able to query unlimited dates and data searches to .xls Excel for further understanding of categories where your money goes... by store, home expenses, etc. Just being able to manipulate your own data in a spreadsheet opens this app to endless and useful possibilities.

I love this app! The one I wish the app could do is use 2 different checking accounts. Non app related there are no ATMs where I live that I don't get charged for. The closest 9ne is 40 miles away. I get charged lots of fees. I wish the app had a way to dispute those!

Always broken. The bank as well not just the app, bill pay messes up and doesn't pay my CC so I occur a fee and then they double pay the company which doesn't allow you to overpay on your balance. All to which the CC company has no information on either transfers from your bank to said company. An institution that can't even train their people on there own policies. Talked to 5 different people. Ever single one had a different policy.

Overall I can do all the banking I need from my phone. I've experienced a few minor bugs but rarely do they persist. I would really appreciate depositing checks through the app.

This recent app went through an update, and now takes better photos on auto. The process from start to finish to deposit a check is straightforward and easy to use. Great job team on this application.

Functions but not well. Poor mobile deposit feature. Making additional mortgage payments is impossible on the app. Hurray for more phone calls and wait times.

This app is simple and easy to use and navigate. A lot are not. I appreciate that to no end. I'm a simple person and Banking online should be simple as well.

For some reason now I don't get the push notifications anymore or the other ones that are supposed to go to my phone/email. I appreciated the push notifications.

Not too sensitive to challenges folks are having due to Covid. Still charging late fees when pmts are a bit late (way less than 30 days and never been late with a ) A 15.00 late fee is a money grab. I'm a very disappointed customer.

Really easy for a first-timer and so much more convenient than driving to the CU just to deposit a check!

Very pleased with KFCU and everything it does to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest levels always.. I love this app. So convenient and user friendly!

Very slow an doesn't always process a good picture. Also will not notify you if the deposit is unsuccessful. 🙁

They need to incorporate more credit card functions like locking your card, report it lost or stolen, or activation.

For over 30 years KFCU has served me with an unparalleled excellence. This excellence had been carried on with their app.

Has a lot of feature, more than I even use. They instructions and option are clear. Better looking website and app then even bigger banks.

Iwish you would allow rotation to landscape for the entire app, the way you used to. My fat fingers will thank you.

Dont like the auto picture feature. was better before when you snapped the pic manually.

i like the app it's easy to use the only real difference i would like is if it showed pending deposits but aside from that its pretty smooth

Check deposit is slower andc more onerous than other bank apps I've used - however it keeps me from having to go into the bank during a covid surge so worth the battle.

Banking made hard! No real control on how or when you can handle your your finances. They set rules on who is qualified to receive your money as a bill. It's awful all in all but great for checking your balance if it's not going through a maintaince, holiday, weekend or after the banks business hours. If you think I'm missing something I'll gainfully hear you out. Good luck if you choose this bank

This app lives up to the expectations I have from Kirtland FCU. A great app with many useful features that compliment the amazing service from this CU.

the Kirtland Federal Credit Union app and main branch are absolutely hands down number one in the state!!! they've always went out of their way to help.Great job and thank you......sincerly Paul f Hardy.

I use 3 banking apps and this one is the easiest, most I intuitive, and therefore is the quickest.

I'm no longer in the Albuquerque area and this app allows me to deposit checks very conveniently.
