Once i got it set up, it works reliably every time to unlock the doors that i need access to. Set up wasn't hard. I just had to wait for our admin to get it going.

We've been using the smartphone set-up at my car club for at least 2 years, and it works fantastic! I installed it myself in place of the card reader system we had been using. The door strikes from the card reader system were compatible, so we were up and running in just a few hours. Kisi's tech support is great, too!

Thank you for reaching out, I appreciate that. This is most certainly a setup issue but perhaps even more than that an individual phone issue, based on a uniform software program that might not fit all phones. My wife's phone for example works just fine she has a Samsung 7 Edge, I have an LG v20 and can only open the entry Gates. I need someone to open the doors for the pool or remember to take the key fob. I set up both phones, hers and mine. Many people I talk to have the same issue.

[EDIT: 2 bugs fixed in v23.2] 1. NFC unlocking by putting the phone close to the reader worked only once and never worked again. 2. Unlocking by touching the unlock icon in the app works only after several attempts (4 tries generally). More precisely the app says 3 times "you are not close enough to the door" and then the 4th time it works. 3. Impossible to enroll a NFC card (credit card or transport card) without asking to an admin. I use a Huawei P30 with latest updates (Android 10 & EMUI 11).

Works great, occasional mishap (not unlocking quickly or having to attempt multiple times to open door). Kisi is installed on a building with 300mbps internet speed and i use a flagship phone with NFC (meaning that taking out some of the possibility for network or device to be at fault Kisi could be improved). That being said I love not having to carry keys and I would still recommend it.

Samsung watch, I wish that this ago was comparable with smart watches

Every time I open the Kisi app, I immediately get a dialogue box saying: "Unfortunately, Kisi has stopped" and I can click on Okay or Report. I have Android 4.4.2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kisi multiple times, but that didn't help. I deleted the app's cache and data, but that didn’t help.

Passably functional. Nfc does not work on a Samsung A8. No kind of troubleshooting system in place. Frustrating if you have your hands full and need to open, login to your phone and then click on the right door to open.

Works as it should...be nice if you didnt have to put your phone up to the sensor(proximity would be ideal)...just keep app on your phone desktop and use it from there and it works fine..

Works but cumbersome- cannot set to open on "Favorites" which would save time

Nice idea, but on my Pixel 3xl it won't recognize a nearby door until I turn NFC off and then back on. Every time. So, basic idea of being easier than a card, not so much.

Taking a super long time to download I've been on it over an hour trying to download it uninstalled and download again and still taking a long long time Why? I'm still waiting PS I found out what the problem was I had to reboot my phone thank you very much

Makes my life so much easier.. I try to keep things simple in my life, this is such an upgrade in it's simplicity And it makes a good impression to people who visit your office! Everybody is like "wow that's high-tech"

Love this app. Reliable. Easy install of door hardware. Simple and clear interface. Waaaay better than other door access systems like Millenium, etc.

Very slow load times. For an app that does one thing, it manages to fail at that.

Overall pleased, sometimes door doesn't unlock right away, and I have to try a few times.

Very easy to manage. The app is very easy to use, especially for new employees we onboard.

Could you add in an Android watch app? It would be far more efficient to open the doors with a watch over digging my phone out.

Good app. Not much to say except I use it to buzz into my building and it looks 99% of the time of the first try
