Hit streaming connection frequently and doesn't resume after connection is available. Also you can stop playing using the Bluetooth earbud control but cannot resume ; annoying to use for jogging purpose.
While the content is good, the app is really quite poor. Keeps bombarding you with notification of their podcasts, sometimes even auto playing it. And whatever you are listening to currently does not show up on drop down for quick pause/play control. If just listening to radio, the web version is probably less irritating.
App transmission. is awefooly erratic. Its a pity because the finance programs and the presenters are good. Awfully irritating when in the middle of an interesting program the awedio stops! Going to uninstall and switch to a more stable station. Like BBC or CNA.
While the content is good, the streaming service keeps breaking now and then (it was working fine before this week.) Try to re-install but the issue keep coming back.
The app has really poor functions. Firstly, followed podcasts cannot be accesed. When you tap on the podcasts, it just unfollows and you have to find and follow the podcast which is useless following anyway. Secondly, podcasts can be added to queue but there isn't a way to access the queue,it doesn't make any sense. Thirdly, eveytime I change tabs,the whole page just refreshes and I have to find the podcasts I was listening. It also happens when one episode ends and I watlnt to watch the next.
at first, i thought streaming wasn't a problem until i hit a snag! streaming error. dang!
Can't show music information on lock screen, it works before. Pls fix this. Thanks.
It was a good app at first but now it says "Oops something went wrong! Content cannot be displayed"
After installing the latest update which is supposed to fix intermittent break in transmission, the problem still persists. Its getting quite irritating n affects listening experience. Pls provide a more permanent fix to it.
Good radio station BUT VERY VERY Poor apps keep on hanging....uninstall and install a few times still the same. Give up 😅😅😅
It keep stopping, very bad. Was ok yesterday after many days of interrupted listening but came back again. Bad
Recently noticed an ad popup about Courts Greatest Hits Music countdown when I access the app while I was listening in to ONE FM91.3. When I close the ad, my music playback just stopped. Then I have to tap on "Play" again for the radio streaming to start. Pls look into this
Intermediate stopping occurred quite frequently, each time last for a short while. Overall still smooth. Would be good if can bring back the clock/timer function that was in the old app.
Content is great, but technical problem with app. Keeps disconnecting and disrupting continuous playback on its own. Had to manually pause-play to resume the audio. Pls fix flaky network connectivity.
Cant connect. Wait for ever. No problem when using 'Radio Singapore' apps.
Recently the app keep on pausing while streaming music. On average it pause every 10 minutes for 3-5 seconds. It happen on both 4G and wifi. Happen at both home and office.
Great experience with the app so far. perhaps the developer could consider incorporating Chromecast Audio feature like what the competitor has. would be very useful to be able to cast Kiss 92 to my soundbar

My "Show" features in this app, where I used to be able to stream interviews in podcast, has been working well , until last week when they are no longer accessible.
Prefer the previous app version where user can see songs list just played, can like any of them & see the songs listing that user liked! Disappointingly it is no longer there... sigh......
Not optimised for android car head unit which is in landscape layout. This is especially after recent update. Not useable. Urging the developer to pls try in out on a car head unit before rollout.
Music cuts off randomly for a few secs. It wasn't like this in the past. It seems like a common issue for many listeners.
Is there a way to close or prevent forced-ads from appearing whenever you use this app?
Encountered unpleasant listening experience, as App tends to stop streaming and i had to hit the Play button several times during the time i used the App to tune in to live radio. When i hit play button, the radio station trailer pops up, and I have to close it in order for the live radio to play. Developer please fix bug and remove the radio station ad.
