KiT Player

The first few times I used my Kihno album (specifically, City Lights by Baekhyun) it worked without issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KiT Player app but that did nothing. I put the album, which is a button type, up to my ear and I can hear a beeping noise. I assume that's how the album is supposed to work, so I can't think of any logical reason my album is not working. Good money was spent to buy the album, which had to be shipped from South Korea to the US.

Im having a hard time using this app. At first it says to download the video. But then after, it won't show anything. I just bought a TREASURE Teuday Kit and this happens to me. Im disappointed. Please fix you app.

app doesn't recognize my taeyeonʼs kihno kit. Poor update! not easily detected of the kihno app. I dont like the new update. Past versions are good but this one, nah.

This is an amazing!! So, I originally wanted the Blackpink Summer Diary 2021 on DVD, and I forgot to put DVD on my Christmas list, so my mom accidentally got me this KIT Video. I didn't know what it was and once I realized that it's meant to watch on your phone, I thought that was a way better concept then a idea. I am now very grateful that I got the kit instead of the dvd, and I will plan on buying more of these with future album/film releases in the future. Highly recommend! 👌

I got the treasure's ablum kit today i was very excited because it is my first kit however when i try to use it i don't know where is the problem, i read the user's guide and watched videos from youtube. There are times that the will will vonnect but it just says " The problem is now solved" or " The problem is not solved"

New update 15th December 2021, phone model Honor View 20: Still cant work, no use buying the kit album anyway, only the photocard is useful. Cannot connect at all even with the latest kit album. My mic is working just fine, I've send every files needed to your email back then, you said even you guys cant figure out the problem. If you still cant resolve it on your part, then maybe contact the particular phone manufacturer dev to see what's the problem with the app??? 🙄

The download is quick and the layout is very clean. But I am not a fan when you need to connect to the kit at all time whenever you want to watch and I think it defeats the purpose of downloading it to your phone. Imagine this: You download videos; those takes space in your storage and you cannot play it without connecting to the KIT and watch through the app, and the video does not show up to your phone's folder. Kinda disappointing for me.

First time i installed the red velvet concert it worked fine,i went to watch it a second time a few days later and it would not work, I had to delete the app and install it again. You have to plug in the box kit every time you want to watch it so if you go away somewhere and dont have the kit with you then you cant watch it. Even if you download it all you still have to plug in the kit to watch it. When it works its good but just seems too user unfriendly, you would be better off with a dvd or bluray disc.

Pros - the air kit has so much novelty. It's so cool how it connects w/ the button no problems connecting. Most features worked well, no ads. i loved digital photo book, lyrics, instrumental versions, player skins and the kihno kit was quite cheaper than the cd version of the album for me. the physical kihno kit inclusions for henggarae were great quality. Cons - annoying reconnect everytime. i wish vids, songs, photos, was downloadable. studio was buggy. takes ton of space , can't go on sd card

Seriously, I can't even play the album! I was so excited but then I downloaded the app the kit didn't even connect to the player and I'm so dissapointed!

Edit: Restared main device LG V30+, app now works. Samsung Galaxy S8 had to be factory reset before app work so I think corrupt data issue. Htc 10 still does not work but that is fine its an older phone running on older Andriod software. Anyways, once app is working it is easy to use and has a nice layout. Would like more skin options, but what is there is a nice start.

Does not work in USA. Requires headphone jack preventing use of headphones...clever for a music app to do this. Requires WAY too many security permissions. Likes to lock up as well as taking full screen making it difficult to use other apps. I was not aware I needed this in order to play recently purchased music, oh well, "buyer beware". My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9. To clarify "buyer beware": I should have paid more attention to the format of the music when I purchased it. It came in a plastic box 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" by 1/2" thick with a 3/4" metal jack protruding out, weight 1 oz which is "very unusual". In my opinion it makes 8-track tape look good. The data is in a proprietary format that requires software from a single vendor. So, to sum up: proprietary hardware, software, music format, using a connector that is rapidly vanishing to me is something for a buyer to pay attention before committing to purchase or install

personally, the app worked great and perfectly for me :) it took me less than a few minutes to connect my kit to my device (an android) and I'm impressed by the features available! very satisfied with the app

idk why , but the first time I connect my phone with the lit ,it work and it says downloading the album. how ever the app kick me out the app . at the second time I wanna go into the app , it say error again again and again what happened?

I played the Oh GG album for the 2nd time but it doesnt work smoothly. I dont know why. It has no sound but the volume of my phone is already at the max and also the kihno player . I unplugged it and plugged it again and exit the app and I even restarted my phone. And while relaunching the app it turns into white screen only.

When I first downloaded the app it was all good but for the second time there are problems that I encountered. First ithe got slower to open amd download and second the some music are not pleasant to the ear (its literally a noise only) and some are cut or skipped.

Terrible experience! 1.I can download the video on my phone but my screen is too low and it's not enjoyable to watch on it at all. So had to use my laptop screen via KIT player on windows. 2.I have very good internet connection but when I play the video on my windows Kit player, the video stops every 10s and try to download few seconds ahead, which is horrible SUGGESTION: just like the app on phones, PLEASE add the local "download" option on windows Kit player OR optimize win streaming algorithm

This works well. You just have to unplug after downloading to hear any sound. I wish you can unplug, quit and play again as long as the kihno isn't connected to other device. Currently you have to plug it in everytime you start the app and unplug it again after you can access the album.

I cannot sign in for some reason? I've tried multiple times with multiple accounts but I still cannot sign in please help me with this, thank you!

I've a huawei (psmart 2019) and the app didn't work. I thought the kit was damaged but then I tried it on another device and it worked perfectly. Is there a reason for the app to not work on huawei devices? Because readind other reviews I found out I'm not the only one with this problem and I think it's ridiculous that the app is available for our devices but it doesn't seem to work!

Super easy to use on my Huawei Mate 10. I bought a Super Junior Super Show 8 package. Just downloaded the KiT app, chose the option of Air-kit (button type). It asked me to click the little Kit box against mic on my phone. I did and got connected immediately. I chromecasted to my Android TV. I downloaded the vedio while watching the show on TV. Quality was near blu-ray, sound was great. I had no issue using it. The SuJu SS8 was a fantastic high quality show. Very happy to try this out.

The App sometimes closes by itself. There are also times when I was using it and would suddenly stop saying the files are corrupted and I need to download the album all over again... such hassle. I always have to get my kihno and place it below the phone again and again...
