Keep crashing every 30 min . this is unacceptable

This app is so stubborn, on long orders with multiple items, where you have to scroll down to complete the below items the app keeps scrolling up all by itself, a real pain, I hope they correct this because I'm starting to thing into replacing it, I wish I could see the modifiers in a different color and the ability to pop up the order selected full screen or on a dialog box, other than that it does what it is advertised for.
I've installed and logged in on my tablet however once an order is made it doesn't display on the screen.

We've been using this app for over two years in our full service restaurant and it works great. We'd of course would like more options like a separate server module for our food runner but the app has saved us a lot of time and any cook has picked up working with it quickly.
Works great for us! Wish it would show tables better with clover dining as we are a small place and sometimes the cook runs the food out if the waitress is busy. Also, it groups together if an order is added to a previously fired order, and you can't tell what the new item is. And wish it would separate by guest instead of lumping all like orders together. Also printing in order of the time the order was started input, not the time of fire, so some tickets are out of order.
