Kitchen Timer

I really enjoyed this app for years. But since 2018 it's getting worse and worse: - advertising appears a few seconds after the app opens. just on the +Xs buttons. so you miss click. - when timing is finished it doesn t reset to 0. but to some random numer of seconds - now when we open the app, we are on this preset. I don t like it. should be optional. Edit: now it s worst. I can't stop the Alarm when timer is ended.

Updated** Developer responded promptly and said they would change the timer back to the original format talked about below. Thank you 🙂 Please change timer view when you check the timer from a locked screen back to showing how much time is left in the main frame. That is really what I am looking for when I check it. I have read it wrong more than once since it has changed to show how much time has been used in the main frame.

Great means of creating custom timers for one-touch operations. Unfortunately alarm tone must be manually changed for every single one. The klunky app doesn't allow for an EASY way to stop and reset an individual timer. Phenomenal ideas for a timer app with rather poor implementation. The develop likes the vibrate setting. No EASY way to disable.

This app is very good when managing individual kitchen timers however it could be better unwieldy when you have a number of timers setup. Some improvements would be folders or tags so related timers can be grouped. Also, the ability to modify certain aspects of multiple timers would be nice, like changing the colors of 5 related timers. I use colors to indicate the cooking apparatus (e.g. blue for pans, green for air fryer). Otherwise great app! Keep up the good work!

I love this app, and use the widgets for spinning up lunch and break timers during my work week. I also love that you can automatically start up another timer when one completes! Such an awesome feature! Only reason that I can't give this app 5 stars is that frequently the widgets ignore me, and I find myself either without a running timer, or pressing the widget a dozen times before it actually works, or loading the app itself in frustration when the widgets fail. 😔 Looking for better solution

Paid for ad free but no longer ad free? I bought this app quite a while ago but for some reason I lost the ad free version? Any reason this is happening? EDIT: I've reset my phone multiple times since this issue. I had this issue for over a month now. Had it in my previous review but no answer so I did a new one to hopefully get your attention for it.

Nice, basic, no-frills timer, like the analog pictured. I'm taking off a star because the developer is overcomplicating it unnessessarily. If it isn't broken don't fix it! No cook wants a complicated timer believe me. Soon I will have to invest in a physical timer like the one pictured. They're trying to monetize it like everybody else.

The app interface is very easy to use. Is it possible setup predefined time counter in order to assign each one for a specific task. The look is very simple and clear.

Many options, and all so simple to navigate. I just discovered a cool feature, I believe an enhancement sincecI first subscribed... A library of preset timers, versus entering a time each time. Great job everyone, from sugestors implementors. PETE

It took a while to understand how to set it up, but after that I just love it. The look of it appeals to me greatly nothing jazzy just plain functionality. But a few words of setting up instruction would be beneficial.

One of the best and stylish timer apps in the app store. I give 4 stars instead of 5 just for the buggy custom and preset timers editing. The implementation of that feature is a bit strange and not intuitive.

I've had this app for quite a while now and it already had five stars because it was so easy to use and it worked every time. But the new updates with the colors and being able to stop the countdown widget early, oh well, I would give you at least eight and a half stars thank you so much.

Notification display no longer counts down since update. Now instead of seeing exactly how much time is left, you have to calculate it in your head. I do like the fact the timer keeps going even if you reboot your phone.

So simple even I can operate in seconds! Tap to increase time in increments or press/ rotate to adjust as a rotary dial. Touch center of dial to start. I have no need to look elsewhere, thank you!

I was looking for a timer app that lets me control the ringtone and the vibration, and this app does exactly that plus the nicely designed widget with no superfluous padding space, perfect!

Simple, easy to use app. Use preset timers or easily make new ones. Can set multiple timers at once. Constantly use this app, especially when watering the garden.

Really very good. Used as a kitchen timer. We a have been doing a lot of baking in these difficult times of the pandemic and works well. 2nd review: still an excellent app, would recommend it.

I hate analog timers. I want digital timers. There should be an option to have it work as a digital timer. I come from an IT background and think and want everything digital.

Plays both on device and Bluetooth devices, multiple alarm sounds, simple, intuitive, will probably purchase soon after trying out more settings. Andfeatures over time.

Using this app for three months with another phone found it is great. I make breads for home and is very much helpful, easy to use. Also ads didn't interfere while using so its a wonderful app.

I just had to buy another tablet, just downloaded this app. and now a bunch of the alarm sounds are missing????? I liked changing it up with all of those different alarm sounds!!!!

After using this app for a while I found plenty of useful tips. Meaning I use it a lot. Yes I turned the water on for one minute and set my alarm ⏰ see now I turned the water off. Try it you will enjoy it. 😉

Really useful multi-timer for part foods (over Christmas) when some foods need to be in the oven 10mins before the next types of foods etc, oh and a reminder to say the wine is ready in the freezer (rapid chilling) Also useful when I've got several pizzas on the go As a suggestion, would be good if you could 'additionally' show all your active timers on 1 screen for quick reference

Modified Review: After the help from Maxim everything seems to work fine again. Thank you. Original: I was using this app for years and it was perfect. Since a few weeks the alarm does not go off sometimes or the timer stops before ending. There are Instructions for Android 9 how to fix it, but I am using 8.1. Now there is a new version: When the timer runs out there is no way to stop the sound. There is abutton "Dismiss" but it dows not do anything. The App is useless now! PS I just found out, that "dismiss" is a slider. Good to know!

Multiple timers, including custom timers, can operate concurrently, even in the background. GUI is attractive and uncluttered. Flexible options for alerts, including Bluetooth. Performance has been rock solid. Ads are unobtrusive. This is a solid and versatile kitchen tool that I recommend. Wish list: A count-up timer, to help tweak recipes. Update: I'm having trouble deleting timers. I bumped into the method once, but it's not intuitive, and I can't replicate the task. A short help file, please

I was looking for a simple app to supplement the timer that came on my phone. This one delivers ten times over! It comes with two timers and six preset with the option to add more. I can't imagine why I would want to time 6+ events at one time but I like knowing I can. Many more options or features that I've just begun to discover. My favorite is the ability to set one timer to start counting down right when the previous timer reaches zero. I highly recommend this app!.

Great timer app! I wanted a simple timer that could automatically restart at the end of its countdown. This does that easily, and much more. Also, the developer is very prompt about responding to emails. I couldn't figure out how to delete a timer, so I asked. Got a response within a few hours. (In the "all timers" view, the "delete" option is under the "..." menu on each individual timer.)
