Check deposit is now too strict and forces you to write "for mobile deposit only". There is a check box on most checks these days for mobile deposit. Also I had that exact phrase written but the image recognition didn't pick it up, so I had to write it twice in fat capital letters for it to take. Other than that, nice app.
App works pretty flawlessly every time... If only Motorola would build a phone that doesn't constantly crash or freeze up!!!
Not great very dumb theres two apps one for business the other for personal... Main reason i wont have a personal account too. They'll allow their staff to utilize hardware keys for logins but only allow us texts and calls??? Seriously i hate that just let us have our hardware keys already for proper second factor.
It is very convenient, but there continue to be problems with it recognizing the required mobile deposit endorsement, which I stamp on all business checks received. My ongoing feedback about this has not changed anything.
Aside from the mobile check deposit struggling to recognize my check photos, the transaction does eventually go through. Other than that, the app suits my needs.
Check deposit doesn't work. KCU knows and doesn't care. Be prepared to deposit every check in person. Do not mark checks for mobile deposit like it tells you to, because then you'll just have to fight with the bank when you bring them the check after the app deposit inevitably fails.
Never takes a check deposit on the first go. Consistantly malfunctions and won't let me login.

It would be good if it didn't crash every time you wanted to do a transfer.
Every single time I go to deposit a check it rejects it due to the signature then I have to log out log back in and it accepts the check, can you please fix this?
Instructions say to endorse with for KCU mobile deposit only. Kept failing saying I need to endorse with for mobile deposit. I wrote that abe the one I already had and it accepted it.

I'm so sick of not being able to access MY account. Countless times I recieved "service currently unavailable" when trying to log in. Fix this or I'm moving my business ELSEWHERE. Useless app. YET AGAIN!! 1/25/2020 service unavailable AGAIN. I am so sick of KCU business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Keep all accounts in one place. One bank, one app. Kinda makes sense huh?

Update: it has gotten worse. Now it has trouble recognizing things like the date and signature. This app is basically useless to me. ------- Original review: Takes multiple attempts to accept a check deposit; it seems to have trouble recognizing when "for KCU mobile deposit" is written in the endorsement line. The primary reason I use this app is for the convenience of mobile check deposit.
