Most of the time the busses dont show up on the app. I give it three stars because I love the port orchard bus drivers. But I feel the staff could better plan The app should be updated so it can send out alerts. Updates should include capabilities like real time updates. Weather delays. Also include when routes are suddenly changed or altered.
This app might as well be a paper map with moving pictures. As someone who doesn't know the bus routes of the island, it is frustrating to work with. There is no feature to say, "Navigate from my position to the ferry." I simply wanted see which routes and stops I should take. Clicking on a stop lists the buses, but if you don't know what 93 is you can't click on it to see where it goes. I had to click in and out of various features for half an hour just to figure out how to get from A to B.
The app has been less and less reliable, and when the buses arent even on time on a regular basis it makes things more difficult. Transit has the most issues with this. Metro buses always show up on the map.
It's an OK app, not great. Doesn't show the buses very consistently at all (they just don't show up) and often the buses freeze where they were previously, so it isn't particularly reliable.
As of right now, for me, this app does not show busses, even after a clean reinstall. That makes the app less than useful. I'll update this review if I find a fix or if one is released.
Very accurate on bus timing. I keep having to re-save my routes, though, and it would be nice to have timetables integrated into the app.
I don't even get the point of this app. Doesn't show me any useful information. Loads a webpage that is not mobile friendly when I wanted to see the schedule.
Bus updates are delayed. The app will show a current bus route although it will change to a different route when it arrives at the Bremerton Transportation Center. Example: Bus 217 will change to 212 but the app still showed it as 217. The app continued to show 217 even when it had passed the Callow Avenue Safeway. The real 217 came by 30 minutes later. Also, KT buses system wide leave 2 minutes early based on atomic clock time.
The bus doesn't always appear on the live map, but it's still very useful. I'd like to see a schedule added to the view somehow.
I would like to congratulate the hard working bus drivers as well as the management for their effort in having this routes more accessible to everyone. Thank you KBT.
It should be more A portable Transportation . Specially the timeframe all the connection with the bus and there should be bus running every 15 minutes on the bus stops or station. Like Seattle .
App works and there are ferries and some busses that show but It keeps crashing when I click on a single stop that I searched it's bull shniz fix the fugger
App crashes when a stop is selected. Routes are not listed when route numbers or names are typed into the search bar.
The app used to work sort of, and now it doesn't work at all. The buses never show up anymore

Bus on rout 85 often does not show on map. since this bus often misses connection with PM ferries. would be helpful to know where it is.
Love Kitsap transit.... great drivers, never early, which works for me since I am never on time...

Very confusing for 1 st time user. No clue how to use it.
Sometime when I open the app, the gps s have a hard connecting with the bus trackers/ or vise vsera. And sometimes all of the bus view indicators are turned off. (Why am I not seeing any busses available?) I have to go to the routes and tell which buses to view AGAIN even after saving my preference choices, they all get turned off. Other than that I love this app. It tells me my bus is just moments away & tells the time schedual for each as well.
