With voice recognition capabilities (A active internet connection is needed), you can command kitt/karr to a whole range of functionalities. Below are the range of functions and the relevant voice command that are currently available.Check the current time – “Time please” or “What is the time”Initiate a voice call – “call” followed by the name as given in the contact list (will skip if more than 10 matches are found for the given name)Send a SMS message – “send message to” followed by the name as given in the contact list Set a reminder – “set reminder” or “remind me to ” followed by the reminderSet your name – “set name” or “change name”For a range of general knowledge questions
- “General knowledge” – Note: if you want kitt to repeat the question say “repeat question”. You have the option of answering this MCQ questions by either saying the correct option (A, B, C or D) or the number (1,2,3 or 4) or even the correct answer itself (Eg: Mount Everest)Increase the pitch of the voice – “Increase pitch”Decrease the pitch of the voice – “Decrease pitch”Activate voice box to KITT (the default)
- “Activate kitt”Activate voice box to KARR
- “Activate karr”Kitt scan Sound effect
- “Scan the area”Also try the following voice commands: Who are you?, Who is Michael Knight? What is Knight Rider?, activate kitt as karr, activate karr as kitt.You can also set your own voice commands or even override the above once. (Example: Voice command “I love you” response “I love you too” or even “I know!”) Use this to even ask things that you may forget – example: When is someone’s birthday or even an anniversaryTo add a voice command: “Add voice command” or “Add voice command” followed by the voice command (use this command to override / modify an existing command as well)To remove a voice command: “Remove voice command”Kitt is also programmed to read out sms messages that you receive. You have the option of replying to same if you wish to do so. say "KITT" or "KARR" as appropriate to activate the microphone to initiate the voice command. Select you preferred voice box mode – KITT and KARR
Supports up to 5 languages – English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. The application will detect the selected language of the default TTS and follows the same. For optimal results with this application, make sure you have set the correct Voice recognition language as well as the correct language for the text to speech engine. (Check under settings -> voice input and output) Enjoy!

It cant say my name, response time is super slow, and you have to say KITT before every command, and a closer voce to kitts original would be nice, overall a great idea but needs much improvement
Good app but doesn't send a text message or call people
The contacts all have the same phone number. 5 regardless of what the actual number is. As well the message feature does not work
I loved this app on my galaxy S1.but on my S3 its no where near as fast and reliable and often does not work. Please fix and u ll get 5 stars....and for those looking for the deep voice try svox classic , dark lord voice.
Great app does what it says. Love the visuals. The customability. And the quick response Of the creators How to get to updates out there to fix the problems. Great service. Best app I've ever downloaded.
It seems to pick up what im saying better after the last update, i like the idea but it still needs a little work! Responds better yet, it would be cool if it would open apps on command!
In the video voice sounds like a deep guys voice, i bought the app and its a female voice. BULLSHIT!!! Read the directions over and over cant change it. It freezes way too much. Please fix voice and the freezing. Oh and doesnt actually open ur music it play its own crap.

Awful needs a lot of work crashes and I can't access my contacts poor voice commands And I can't customize the assistant name I have to say kitt and sound like a jerk every time I want to use it I've used virtual assistant software and there's better on the market such as cyman this is buggy as hell sort out the rough edges and I'll give a much better rating. And I didn't get a refund either try the free version first before you make the mistake I did. It has potential but needs much more work.
