I used the original Elec software no problem viewing my outdoor cameras. Since I updated to this, I can't live view on my LG G4. All I get is horizontal lines. If play back recorded videos it's fine. But I can't see live video. I have sent 2 emails to developer and no response. Has anyone used another software with success? I have an indoor Samsung camera no problems viewing that software,
First, we couldn't register just to login to be able to access the system! It would consistently time out for several days before we could even register for an account. Once we were able to register then we weren't able to connect to the cameras. Finally after everything was worked out... well, now there is random access to the system. Don't waste your time with this system!
I like the ease of using the app. But the ip automatically changes drives me nuts. It need to stop changing my IP.
it keeps timing out if I'm home if shows but if I'm away then it times out what the point in having if u can use away from home
For those having trouble accessing from the Internet try going into SETTINGS , CONNECTION MODE , then select KIWII ID instead of IP/DNS.
eCloud stated it had an update to this app. After trying to install the switch was easy however was missing Pan Tilt Zoom controls upon 1st access. Subsequent logins still missing Zoom in and out and focus in and out controls. Wish there were PelcoD Presets 1-100, Aux1 and Aux2 that could be accessed through app.
I've had my cameras for a few months. It might have worked for me for 1 mth. I can not view cameras when I'm away from home. What's the purpose to only view while you're home? Very bad app. I would not recommend! !
When I try to login it says my username doesn't exist. I have 5 cameras and now I will have to reconfigure them all if I need to create a new sign in. This is ridiculous and no one responds to help!
The new update just shows a scrambled image so you cannot view your cameras remotely. Absolute junk. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to get a response. This app was the only reason I chose those cameras.
App needs tweaking. Had to uninstall updated version and use original ecloud version.
Not happt. Ready to return for faulty advertising of being a to watch h remotely. ..if I'm home yes but anywhere else..no...and it's constantly messing up my router if I log on with this app
App won't accept my email. Keeps saying it's the wrong format. Won't let me register.
Worked for about a week..Did not connect after. This app is not useful.
Updated this from the ecloud app. Need minor tweaks
This app should be able to do amazing things..but I guess developers haven't time to do so....come on... dedicate yourself to this app and make it great what's the problem????

Useless when you cannot access the DVR settings remotely
Set this up using my external ip address to view my camera's outside my home network and it works great.but when I get home and open up this one I can still view the camera but the IP address in connection mode automatically replaced by local IP address of my DVR, and this time when i go outside my network away from my home i cannot view my camera because of the IP address changes.and the only way to fix it I must have a copy of my external IP address so i can insert and replace it again and again.
