My customers can not hear me. I am barely audible from my Android phone. I have used other calling apps with ease This app is useless. Is there a trick I am missing? Mic is toggled on, volume is up, i have reinstalled all to no avail.
I'm unable to call or text new contacts using the android app. The app on Android is unusable and I have to default to using my laptop. Tried reaching out to the support team, but they didn't have a solution. Would not recommend at this point in time until they develop a solution for this.
Tech guys you need to work on it. We are all paying customers. In my case I need to be mobile and I can't because your app doesn't work with Android. When someone calls me, the app on my phone doesn't ring, I can't send SMS, but I can make calls. Plese fix the bugs ASAP!
I love using kixie desktop version, it integrtes well with Hubspot, however their APP is awful, I wish they would spend more attention upgrading that. With all our mobility now a days I dont always have my laptop with me.
Not as user friendly, can we get an update on the app to make it as cool as the chrome version?

It was okay. But now, it's not working anymore. You can't send an SMS, which is annoying because that's all it could do to begin with. And now, it's not even working.
Really powerful little dialing app that works with the CRM (Pipedrive) my job makes me use.
What can I say the app is really bad compared to the desktop version. So many things to say here I'd rather not say them
Hels our company stay sales focused and allows our team to work from home efficiently. Their support team is always there to help and resolve any issues we have.
So now touchtone from dialpad don't work.... What is this garbage

Dissatisfied with the Android App. The software platform is very good when accesed via a computer. The mobile app is clunky, unreliable and poorly designed. Rather than updates this needs a complete rewrite. I feel i have a right to be annoyed. I'm spending $80 a month with Kixie and I'd expect an app that's fit for purpose. Not this... it feels like a phase one beta app. Very disappointing kixie. Are there plans to address this? Presumably none of this is news to your R&D team.
