KJV Bible App - offline study daily Holy Bible

The clean and easy operation of the app, and the daily verse presentation, make it very handy. I especially appreciate the King James Version -- its timeless beauty and accuracy, its being true to the majority texts, being kept unpolluted and preserved. TYVM. BTW, having read other reviews, I have to add that I do not have any problems with ads in the app. Perhaps the app has been adjusted. My experience is very good and without annoyances.

Overall a really good app. The voice actor is powerful and reads well. I like that you can makes notes and highlight, also that the audio plays while you do other things. It allows you to read along as the audio plays. However, i wish there was an option to turn off the bar that stays at the top of your phone and the highlighter should be able to highlight only parts of a verse, not the whole thing. It would also be cool if you could change the written bible to different versions.

This app has everything you need to fully enjoy your Bible reading experience. You can even choose Audio Mode. Thank you for the additional options. I've been looking for an easy way to keep notes so I can further understand a verse. I use the highlighting and bookmark features, too. Thanks for putting together such a useful way to read the KJV Bible 🙂

If there were more stars, I'd give it a ten! My "large print Bible was getting hard to see, and the weight and size were cumbersome for arthritic hands. This app is great! I can change size and style of print, and even give it a dark background if I want. I can even take notes, right on my phone! LOVE love love it! Now to find a concordance....

I have tried many holy bible apps, but this seems perfect for me. I'm struggling with Alzheimer's and dementia. This version helps me focus. Thank you. The more I read this version, I am convinced of its help and spiritual support. Amen.

I do like the way this app is set up with the quizzes, audio bible (very clear) and the convenience of looking up verses however, the same ad pops up. It covers the page to its entirety. I almost clicked on the link to subscribe. Because of this reason I decided to uninstall.

I liked the app but it has a bug. It interferes with other apps as a screen always appears that says you must turn off the screen overlay but turning off all the overlays doesnt actually solve the problem. I will gladly reinstall and update this review to five stars once this Bug is fixed

I'm addicted and I'm not even good at it. Sometimes I get 3 out of 10 but I'm excited to learn more and more about my bible and playing the game will help. You can gi back and redo the questions you got wrong. The different level even makes it better. Cant wait to re pro but until then I'll stay at beginners.

I'm so thankful for this app. o need to hear the Word and i am so busy with this world's distractions that i struggle with sitting and focusing on my devotional time. we can walk and pray. i recite my memory verses... but I needed more. thos app allows me to See and Hear God's Word anywhere at anytime. enable the device to pop up, and multiple times a day i recieve scripture that is timely and edifying. Thank God for technology in these last days! praise God 🙏

This app is uninstallable If you try to uninstall it the button is un-tapable. You can't even uninstall it in the applications try. You have to go into Settings and Apps to uninstall it. The button to remove it from your home screen also moves and it is very hard to get it off your home screen.

No • NO •NO! This app absolutely reaks Havok And Mayham on my phone. It slows my phone down drastically. It stops my phone. It doesn't allow me to answer my phone if I'm doing Anything on my phone. It keeps popping it's own ads on screen. It has0ep30 And!, it even puts it's own screen saver - screen lock over on top of my phone's screen saver/lock so I have to open Two Screens before I get to my home screen. p.s...IT'S NOT ONLY MY PHONE, I'm not the only one with the problem with this app! Bye!

wonderful i like it. The reader sounds cool and slow enough to follow through unlike some others that seems to be too fast. But i would prefer if it can scroll along automatically as the audio is going on.

I've wanted some help to get me to study more often, plus I need to stop playing this word game so much! I found that reading it on my phone along with listening to it being read at the same time seems to occupy my mind comfortably enough that I can kick my game addiction and get the knowledge Im needing and thirsting for! So I thank you for coming up with this. It can even make it easier for those who have blindness or a reading disability. Someone could put it in their phones& just push start

This new version is user friendly and its English is very simple and understandable compared to the old version i had. In this version u can quickly locate what u want without scrolling the whole chapter. It is thumps up

The word of God is essential for everyone to read and live by. The words are timeless. This application is really nice as it will place the daily verse back into where it came from in the particular book if you are interested in reading onward with that particular message. Well done.

everything is great, but the constant pop-ups every second whether i'm in the app or not, just makes it frustrating and unpleasant to use! try to reduce the ads.

simply too many GAMES, @LEAST 2 on every time App is used or on re-boot. I have many more important things to do than DISMISS A GAME that I'm not interested in. Was a nice app, not a lot of Options, but, would have enjoyed it WITHOUT THE MENACING GAMES! HOPE a better version comes out W/O games! I don't like the idea of having no choice, & if I have spare time, I choose to READ GOD'S HOLY WORD, rather than a game.Will find another Bible App, have no problem paying for an App, if its what I want.

This bible, unlike others I've used, has a much more user friendly structure. It lends itself easily to bible study. I look forward to reading it each day, and learning more from it. Thank you for making my journey through the bible so simple. 🙏❤💕

My early tablet had the King James bible installed. Through updates and an early version operating system that is no longer supported it was back to the actual good book. So far no annoying advertising very pleased.

Very good app for those seeking KJV and yo be in God's word. I love heing able to have this whrn i need it. The quiz can he set ay your level, a nuce yool to learn also.you can leave notes and highlight, even bookmark.. also has audio bible for those that Have problems reading , it reads for them. Set alarm to show verse of the day. I believe you can.use it off line.also, which us.a plus... great app

The actual app is fine but no matter how many times I disabled the ads on my lock screen as well as the ones popping up after unlocking the phone they kept showing back up. I deleted the app.

the app has so many ads it's not even funny it interferes with everything to a point where my phone freezes when it's on the charger it's a good app aside from all the other apps I've come acrosses and the quizes do teach a lot.... I uninstalled it cause it freezes my phone

one of most powerful app to know the bible in full details...I like it cos I access it at any time..I use it together with my kids during prayer time, especially when it's on audi they love it, it sound as a bible story narrator. I enjoyed the quiz and am addicted to it. This is somethingthat I can recommend to everyone who is a Christian, instead of playing games get this u will grow in ur knowledge. instead of u to be on social media u will spend most of ur time on this app. knowing bible

Dear Servant of the Scriptures: I have found this app to be my favorite study Bible. However, I am not convinced that the objective of the Gideons has been accomplished. A four fold aim to be perfect in grammar, as well as punctuation, is in the effort of the Gideon group. The Gideons have a scripture guide for emotional moments which is good. I prefer this app anyway for the word or phrase search. Please note Jude 1:21, James 5:20, 3 John 1:8 & Acts 5:32. God Bless You. Sincerely, J.L.B.

Some improvement noted BUT with highlighting I should be able to touch the highlighter and with my finger highlight the word, phrase, verse or verses. You know like the painting apps. That'd be great.
