It's a wonderful app especially the offline version it helps from chewing up my data. And it's nice when you can't get your actual Bible. Plus it's also handy when you're in places that don't allow the Bible or preaching about you can do it secretly on your phone and be left alone. 😉
This is the best bible app ever which is loaded with everything you might need for your bible studies, sermons and teachings. You can be able to compare verses from all bible versions within a very short space of time. I don't hasitate to recommend this book to anyone who might need to use it for serious studies.
The app itself is wonderful. However, lately a very loud, intrusive Joe Biden ad pops up when I'm using the app and I can't X out until the ad has run its course. I do NOT want political ads disturbing my study time, particularly of that ilk. Without the ad, I would give this app five stars, with it, it goes to one. Better to carry my physical Bible, use that, or find another app. Too bad.
The application enables me to search the bible by theme by direct selection of the books and provides a daily reading with initial meditation and prayer. What more can I ask for. This is fabulous. The applicatio has a facility in settings to adjust the font size and this enables me to read even in poor light occassions this assures me of bible reading even at my oldest age. Really excited about this.
I love this book because it is free, there are no disruptive adds and the search facility allows for phrases. Thanks so much. Also it is based on texts recept us I like the contents set out. I don't like having ads where I get lost but this book makes up for it.
It's missing some functionality like an inbuilt copy verses feature and an option to disable ads by a one time payment, but is still the best KJV Bible search app I've found, with a quick-loading intuitive interface and high quality search engine.
First ad I got was about "secret pooping habits to keep you thin" complete with sound effects... Cant say much for the experience after that besides that it doesn't have audio. Might wanna try to be more selective w your ad choice. 5 second uncloseable ads are a pain too...
Great simple interface. I still prefer the tactile feel of writing and underlining in a paper bible, so this plain bible app is great. Good verse-of-the-day devotional. One drawback: ads.
I thoroughly enjoy the ease in switching between and finding text in old and new testament. The parallel content tab of the books are wonderful. I would have liked Jesus's words separately highlighted.
Love God's Word it's perfect. You guys may wanna fix the option of the red letter setting because I've tried to switch it to that but it's just black letter edition. No complaints about the bible, but the red letter not working the way I want. Other than that it's awesome.
With cross-references one navigates the whole Bible with ease over a very short space of time about a particular subject and learn about what the whole Bible say. I thank you for this opportunity.
When highlighting text to send, app wants to permanently highlight the text. Also, highlighted text to copy, doesn't stay highlighted on desired text. Dissappointed. Looking for another app.
The Bible is wonderful! It wakes me to pray & I'm reminded of night prayers. I enjoy reading the devotions, progress & even Bible quizzes. I can read my Bible chapters. It's a great blessing to me.
It's okay, but the fact that some of the verses are located into the main body of the text does not make for easy referencing. Just hope to see the indentures of the verses, the hard copy format.
I love te fact the app keeps your place where you left off when closing the app. Also simply highlighting a word and it will give an option for a definition is awesome.
This app has helped me a lot especially when I don't have my hard copy Bible around me. I further use this app along side my good news hard copy Bible for more clarification that's if I come across a shallow scripture. (GNB is more of for children and at times it can be scanty for grown up Christian's.) This app really is helpful. Thanks
It's just easy to use. So far it does not stick when I select another book/verse after having finished with the previous one. A previous app I had was doing this, so I uninstalled it. So far so good with this one. Congrats!
I love the app; the dear traditional KJV. It's exhaustive search engine I've found very fecund as I do study. I've loved as well it's interaction with the Wordweb which easily & quickly facilitates in looking up word meaning.
Really like what Ive been reading so far. The verse a day section with the study is beautiful so far. It has been a hard thing to find bible study/verse a day things that have actually been good. So many false/corny/made up/heretical stuff out there
Very easy to navigate through books, chapters and verses. There is the added convenience of offline access. Well done guys!
Simple and easy to use. I would realy love it to have a study centre with favorites, notes, highlights and bookmarking available.
l love reading the King James version Bible. It's very nice to have with you on your phone. You can read it anytime, any where. I believe the King James Bible should always be the number 1 best selling book of all time. Thank You for the great app. Love the verses. Diane Friend
I tried it for a few days. The app itself isn't bad. You can't copy and paste any verses. The Ads caused me to uninstall it. The Ads got progressively worse.
It's too much clicking & jumping around to get back & forth to the books & passages i want to read, study or do a short reflection. Sorry, but this is surely not for me.
It's a nice app. Good navigation, etc. Should be able to be used offline. Absence of this feature is a big minus.
I downloaded this Bible app just before I had to put my phone on airplane mode. It was available offline and I truly enjoyed reading!! I read the bible more now that I carry it with me on my phone. Great app!
I really prefer this bible app over others because it doesn't drain resources on my phone. The night mode is grey instead of a stark black which is much softer and gentler on my eyes. There is no red lettering, again much softer and gentler on my eyes. It's available offline, saving my data and it's very simple to use. I can't find bookmarks or highlights but that's not an issue for me. It's a very simple, clean, enjoyable read.
