Lousy music streaming app. Subscribed so many years and not much improved. I only want the chart for chinese songs otherwise I will not using this app. Tidal sound quality is much much more better than this and no login problems. Anyone can recommend alternative chinese songs apps?
What's happening to 20Apr2022 version. The interface is not as user friendly as before. I can't even control how to skip / forward/ stop playing particular songs.
Bugs everywhere! Podcast: Can't play podcast smoothly. Always hang. Error code keep appearing. Music: After exit from app. The player can't be removed from the screen. Always hang. Battery deplete even faster. . Update (07Jan'22) Done reporting as per advice.
Can it not occupy RAM in background while not listening music? What a poor design! Please fix it, thx.
the audio of the song at the last part of a song sounds like it has disappeared. Please correct the audio of a song as usual at the end of the song.
I like the selection of music, but the app is really bad and lacking basic functionality. - no way to queue up a song, i.e. "play next" - no way to add an artist to Favourites, to see the artists you follow you have to click through your account settings -reccomendation system is terrible, it just suggests songs from the same album you were already listening to -interface is awkward and always pushing the "top hits" I've been a subscriber for over a year but I think I might be done.
It's the best music ever. It is better than Spotify, every song you click it automatically downloads it for you. Although sometimes if you accidentally click its kind of annoying but you can just remove it. And when it's downloaded the song can play offline. How cool is that. I would recommend people this app since it's the best app I've ever used.
Like the wide selection of Chinese music. However, the app has a long way to catch up to the likes of Spotify in terms of polish. In comparison to Spotify, the app feels sluggish, overloaded with information and not modern. The app is not bad if viewed in isolation. Looking forward to improvements
App keep pausing by itself, have to open the app for it to resume. Very buggy app, I am puzzled, how did the QA actually manage to let it reach production release? Can management give the software engineer a realistic time so that the release can be of higher quality?
Idk what is happening but every song can only be played for 30 seconds or so before stopping, moreover, the start of the song is missing, e.g. it starts playing at 3 seconds into the song. This started after my premium trial had ended...am I supposed to pay to enjoy a full song? But looking at the info about upgrading to premium...I don't see anything about this issue being fixed if it's premium. I have seen similar reviews for months, and yet no one is fixing it! Will uninstall.
Cant play the whole playlist, E.g. after playing song 1 of playlist a ,it will jump to playlist b, and if i try playlist c, it will jump back to playlist b after playing song 1 playlist c
so updated and many different songs.
This is a very nice app for offline music! the only great app which plays freat music offline!! but the equalizer could have more improvements. The settings from the equalizer is activated when i go to equalizer settings. After i set tge equalizer settings and exit the settings, tge equalizer effects wear off. Pls make changed to this problem. thank you!!
with really little amount of songs, missing a lot lyrics and connection speed sometimes slow down seriously when browsing through the app main page. all these problem happen on totally new galaxy note 9 while no other app facing same problem. Most TERRIBLE thing is I noticed this app suddenly opened by itself and start play music with screen lock, and "someone" trying to enter password to unlock my phone. I have never seen this kind problem happen on android phone or app. please tell me why?
Excellent music choices and quality. BUT: 1. Constantly getting emails which cannot be unsubscribed because this function for some reason is not implemented. 2. Once trial is over (10 days or 7 days), you only get to hear 30 seconds of every song if you don't subscribe. So, constant emails of asking users to get premium. Which no one likes. Developers please implement UNSUBSCRIBE FUNCTION to your NEWSLETTER first before asking users to get premium service.
I experienced several times that when I turned off the screen, the same song, which is being played, started a duplicate play from the beginning overlapping with the existing one. My device is Samsung Glaxy Note 10+.
The app is amazing! I love that they provided lyrics to every songs that available. If there's one thing that can be improved will be the sound quality. Hope it would be higher.
Update 20 Sep: Issue fixed with disconnecting BT earbuds. Rating is now back to 5 stars! Cheers! This latest version on 1 Sep is causing my BT earbuds to forcefully disconnect on it's own. Happened to my 3 other phones. Hope the development team will be able to find out why and get it resolved.. the earlier version was working fine..
It's good music app. But after become premium member can download the music and just can play on kkbox app only!!!! So bad!!!! And the the some of the songs is low quality!!!! Not high quality sound!!!
I've paid for the service but the lyrics of most of my favourite song couldn't be found . It's really inconvenient. Even the one that was released 3 year ago. Lyrics system is lame. And there is no any one I can report it.
I'm switching the music app now, I paid for the apps that I dun satisfy for the songs limitations. But, one think they did it well, offline library for run over very well. Is that I'm still in free trial section that I couldn't to run library off line run through mode only playing 1 song? I just wanna a user friendly music play app mate. Dun make me so complicate.
The music stops playing when screen turns off despite having the app enabled. This problem only recently started, never had an issue since I started using this app year ago. Tried to report to customer service via the app but there wasn't an option other than to cancel subscription.
